Good hotel. So quiet, clean and variety of breakfast.

The room smelt a little weird and the view we received was of a car park. The hairdryer and shower was good though. Also the front desk staff were a little rude.

Not very good view even from 7-8 floors. No coffee in rooms and gym is small.

We enjoyed one night at this hotel. Clean and simple. Wonderful breakfast in a compact dining area, many choices and a chef cooking fresh noodles and other Chinese breakfast staples. Well thought out with plates and chopsticks right in front when you enter. Best thing about this hotel is being able to walk across a bridge in one direction (e.g. to the east) then along the river front to Laowaitan restaurants and bars, then back via another bridge to the west of the hotel. A nice loop. Only surprise was that nearly all restaurants and bars were closed during Spring Festival, so we enjoyed a longer walk in cold rain, into the centre of the city to find a light dinner.

The room is very clean, especially the bathroom with two floor drains. The water leaks very quickly and does not accumulate water. There are also earplugs placed on the bedside. It is very considerate. The front desk is very welcoming. Walking behind the hotel is the Yongjiang River. There are not many people on the riverside. It is very pleasant to stroll around at night. I will stay here next time. Hygiene: very good

The sheets in the room were not clean. After checking out, I had a rash on my body and the room smelled bad. I contacted the hotel but they shirked their responsibility. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay there again!

I don't know how the front desk opened the room. We arrived at the hotel at noon with our children. The room was on the second floor and the window was facing the road. It was very noisy at night! The facilities in the room were not good, the wash basin was outside, and the bedside was cracked and falling apart! It's not worth it to spend nearly 400 yuan in Ningbo. This is the worst Atour Hotel I have ever stayed in.

I went to the hotel specifically for the river view room. Actually, I feel that the location is not worth the price. I would like to criticize that it was very dusty when I opened the door. We went there in the afternoon and the dust was very obvious when the sun shone in. The wall at the head of the bed was very dirty, including the table and bedside table. There was dust, especially on the sofa. The corner of the shower was not very clean. The TV was not a smart TV and the screen was not high-definition. I could only watch basic TV and the signal was not very good. There was also dirt on the glass of the river view. The overall experience was average. The most unsatisfactory thing was the hygiene.

Very good experience! Feel at home! It is also an ideal choice that must be checked in when traveling. Like clean and tidy environment and interior. I will stay at this hotel next time.
