Friendly and perfect staff! Good atmosphere

The hotel is in a good location, as it is close to the city centre, and there are some good restaurants nearby. O’Reilly’s pub is just across the road. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. I was a little disappointed, however, to discover that there was no laundry service. Also, modern hotels now have robots. Perhaps the Sheraton should follow suit.

Excellent staff. We got upgraded for no extra charge and they kindly supplied a birthday cake for my gf. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was quite comfortable. Breakfast spread was varied and interesting. Great ambience and clean rooms. Highlight was definitely the service and staff. They were polite, friendly, helpful. Special mention to Lucien who went above and beyond to help us with places to visit, directions, checking to see if places were open etc. without his support it would be a bit difficult navigating during Chinese New Year.

We enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Ningbo Hotel, the room was clean and fun for families with small children. Reception staff were also nice. We also loved the breakfast food with variety of choices. It was my daughter's birthday and she was given a special gift upon check-out.

Nice location and good service

My friends and I came to Ningbo to play. After doing some research, we chose Donggang Sheraton. Location: Very convenient, whether it is for sightseeing or eating, the transportation is very convenient, and it is also close to the high-speed rail station. The environment near the hotel is good. Service: Very enthusiastic, the housekeeping manager communicated the needs in advance, and the breakfast room was arranged in an orderly manner. All staff can take the initiative to provide services and respond to needs. Room: The standard room is large, clean and tidy, warm and dry, and has complete supplies. Dining: The breakfast is rich in variety, and the cafe environment is very good and cozy. A perfect trip to Ningbo, recommended!
