Since we arrived at 9pm, it was past dinner time. However, after contacting Trip.com, the hotel arranged for dinner to be delivered to our room. The service was very attentive.

This hotel is not worth the price in terms of hardware or software. The hotel is old in terms of hardware. You have to get your own toiletries and clothes. There is no internal line in the room to the front desk. You have to use your own mobile phone to call the front desk. The indoor and outdoor pools are not very big. There is no service staff at the hotel entrance to welcome and carry luggage. It feels like a business hotel. The child is 7 years old and they said that they would charge an additional fee. It cost more than 60,000 yen for two nights, but they didn’t give me an extra bed. Not to mention that they didn’t even have a pillow at the beginning. Seeing that I was about to get angry, they reluctantly gave me a pillow. Breakfast and dinner are buffets. There are many varieties and the taste is not bad, but the ingredients should be more advanced at this price. Checked in on the 31st and checked out on January 2nd. It happened to be the New Year in Japan these days, but the hotel didn’t have the New Year atmosphere at all. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant staff, even the guests staying in the hotel, they seemed very depressed. The only cute smile I saw was a grandmother who was cleaning the bathhouse, who greeted me very warmly. We didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel and booked Kinugawa Mikazuki on the day we checked out. The service and food were much better at the same price. The guests staying there were also smiling, which made us feel much better. We will not stay at TAOYA again.

I like this hot spring hotel very much. It is great value for money. The hotel is in a good environment on the mountain, the air is very fresh, the buffet is rich, and it is a great experience to soak in the hot springs and enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

There are shuttle buses from Tobu Nikko Station and Jr Nikko Station every hour. It feels quite convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the station to the hotel. The hotel is in the mountains, the environment and air are very good. Staying for 1 night and 2 nights, we took the shuttle bus at 4 o'clock and arrived at the hotel at around 5 o'clock. It was the second batch's turn for dinner at around 7 o'clock. We couldn't change the time, so we waited until we were hungry. Dinner is still very rich, with a variety of good dishes, and the steak is recommended. There are also a variety of alcoholic beverages. Breakfast was also good. The hot spring is on the top floor, the water is very good, and there is an outdoor hot spring. You can soak in the hot spring and enjoy the night, moonlight or starry sky. The hotel room is also large and overall very good. Disadvantages: The pillows are not very comfortable and a bit hard. In addition, the sink and table are relatively low in design, making them not very convenient to use.

This was my first time at the Oedo Onsen Group. I had been curious about TAOYA. To be honest, I was very satisfied. Great value for money. All-you-can-drink from even before check-in! They also have delicious soft serve ice cream. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I especially liked the open-air bath with a spectacular view. It may be the best I've ever been to. The sense of openness is amazing. It would be even better if the indoor bath was a hot spring. I get the impression that they're putting a lot of effort into the buffet. The udon noodles for dinner were really good! However, morning coffee is only available from 7am - that's disappointing. The large public bath opens from 5am, so I wish they'd make it at least 6am. But I was surprised that this was only 10,000 yen per person. They listened to my requests and the service was great ◎ I'll come again~~ Very satisfied (^_^)

I heard that it was the first TAOYA to open in the Kanto area, so I stayed there for two days and one night. TAOYA in Ise-Shima was so wonderful that I only noticed the bad things, but it also has different charms from Shima, such as breakfast and evening buffets, late-night snacks, free lounge service, and free activities. There seems to be a pool in the summer, but it was closed in May. I want to go again in the summer. All-you-can-drink alcohol at dinner, and as a beer fan, I was disappointed that there was no Nikko local beer available. Some customers like me, who drank Ise Kadoya Beer at TAOYA Shima, were so delicious that they pay hometown tax to Ise City in order to receive a return gift, so I would like to see local products promoted.

The name has now been changed to "TAOYA Nikko Kirifuri". Apparently it has been renewed. I'm not sure if it's from the Oedo Onsen group, but this is my first visit. All-inclusive for 2 people for 41,800 yen. You can freely enjoy drinks such as beer and wine in the lounge, after bathing, and at the buffet area. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. We had twin beds on the second floor, and the room was spacious and had perfect facilities. The hotel itself is located in the forest, so the surrounding scenery is all green. There was an indoor bath and an open-air bath on the top floor, and the open-air bath had just the right amount of hot water and a spectacular view of the mountains and the cityscape of Nikko in the distance. Highly recommended. Dinner is a buffet, with a variety of flavors to satisfy. Especially the ice cream after the meal is Haagen-Dazs, so be sure to try it! Is it profitable for me who is not strong against alcohol? Although you may not be able to drink, I think this is the best hotel for those who can drink.

The bath is open from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and you can take a bath from 5:00 am in the morning.When I took the morning bath at 5:30 am, I was so impressed that I could see the sea of ​​clouds from the open-air bath on the rooftop!
