The room was very clean and we had a great view of the Kinugawa River! The hotel also had a calming atmosphere, so I'm glad I stayed at this hotel! I'd love to stay here again!

First of all, when I arrived, I was told that I had no reservation. I was told that there was no reservation even though they had called the day before to confirm, and they took about 20 minutes to explain the situation after I showed them the reservation website. The food was terrible. There were no taxis, and you were not allowed to wash your body or head in the private bath. I will never go there again.

The hotel facilities are complete, the hot spring environment is beautiful, and there is also a swimming pool for me to experience, which is enough for me to have a good swim. I feel comfortable physically and mentally after experiencing these two projects! Personally speaking, the dinner service mode suits me very well, the design is very unique, and I come back with a full meal!

Dinner was disappointing. I wish they would try a little harder.

It is called a hot spring hotel, but the hot spring in the hotel is not working at all. It is very far from various stations, hot springs or attractions. I was in a hurry that day. I found out that I didn't have enough time for the ticket 10 minutes after booking, so I wanted to coordinate to cancel or change the time. The hotel front desk kept passing the buck. They said everything was fine in the morning, but they refused to deal with it until after 2 pm.

The train station is a 20-minute walk away. The environment is satisfactory and hygienic. There is a lot of dust on the table lamps.

There is a bus to pick up and drop off the hotel at the entrance of the hot spring town, 200 yen is half price for adults and children (prepare coins). The station is on the right hand side when you come out of the station. Show the driver the name of the hotel and you will be told which car (two cars in two directions) for the return trip Let the front desk help you call the bus driver to make a reservation, the earliest is 9.20
