Nikko Park Lodge Tobu Station
3.8/561 Reviews
Great location, just across from the Nikko Tobu Station. However, need to hire more people to maintain the hotel. There is no receptionist for checkins between 3-10. Found cobwebs by the sinks and even on the partitions between the lower and upper bed. There is black mold in the bathroom and water pools at the bottom of the shower unit. With 2 shower rooms built for 24 guests, there is really only one shower room for 24 guests because one of the shower rooms cannot be used as you can not close the door to lock it! Wifi is not reliable.
Nikko Hoshino Yado

The Japanese-style room is very nice. The public hot spring is very nice, not crowded, the open-air pool is a little small, but the environment is very good. The scenery is also very good. It is right next to the Shinkyo Bridge, and you can walk to Toshogu Futarasan Shrine and Rinnoji Temple. You don't need to buy a bus ticket. The hotel has a pick-up service from Nikko Tobu Station. It starts at 11:15 in the morning and waits at the rest area of the waiting hall of Nikko Tobu Station. The drop-off service runs every hour. The food is very good! Kaiseki dinner and breakfast
Nikko Park Lodge Mountain Side
3.9/536 Reviews
Nikko Park lodge mountain side is an excellent place to stay. For a very reasonable price we got a private room with a bath and toilet and comfortable single beds. The place is clean, the location is beautiful and delicious dinner and breakfast are served for an excellent price. The owners are very nice and helpful, they drove us to the train station which was very kind of them. A taxi from the train station costs 1000 yen. Highly recommend!
Annex Turtle Hotori-An

There are too few reviews of small Japanese homestays. Every time an order is placed, it is like opening a blind box. After opening this one, it is informational and highly recommended. The sanitary conditions and hot spring facilities meet expectations. The biggest surprise is the location. It is actually located at the door of the niche and unique regretful Yuan. Put down your luggage. One person went to the empty attraction and walked around quickly. The sound of running water was in his ears. In front of him was a row of different-looking sitting on the ground. Bodhisattva, Quite mysterious experience. Going to the station, a bit inconvenient, take a taxi back and forth, the price is acceptable, about 1,500 yen a way.
Okunoin Hotel Tokugawa
4.7/521 Reviews
Very comfortable hotel experience, we stayed for two nights. This home is not central in the daylight, but not far from the main attractions. After booking, the hotel will send an email to inform you of the check-in details. Upon arrival at the Nikko Station, you will be picked up by car. Checkin first sent a drink, sparkling champagne and matcha are very good, and the 跪 service is very thoughtful. We chose two Western-style beds plus tatami. The name of the guest will be affixed to the door of the room. The two people sleep very much. The outside is a beautiful courtyard view. Each room has an independent hot spring. In fact, there are basically no people in the big bath. (Because the hotel rooms are not too much), they are basically exclusive. At the hotel, I tasted two Kaiseki dinners and breakfasts. The patterns were different and the roads were delicious. Each room was arranged in a small box and the privacy was very good. In the morning, there are milk and wheat tea in the hot springs. In the morning, I can go to the sights to play and there are cars that can be sent to the Toshogu Shrine. In the afternoon, I am tired and make a phone call. I immediately have a car to pick up the cards at the designated place. It is also very thoughtful. In short, it is definitely a good hotel that I would recommend to my friends.
LiVEMAX RESORT KINUGAWA
3.4/524 Reviews
The service is attentive, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the room is clean, and the outdoor hot spring pool can only be described as 👍. However, the location is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, the counter staff was very enthusiastic to help call a taxi, and it was included in the pocket list.
