Good hotel with very nice location

Just next to Aeon, Isetan and bus terminal!!. However 8minutes walk from nearest train station. Staffs could not really understand English. Breakfast is good and comfortable, more to Japanese style breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)

Not good experience

Nice Location

Located a 10-minute walk from Niigata Station. There are various commercial facilities nearby, so it is very convenient if you are going shopping. The rooms are compact. Although it is old, it is well-cleaned.

It's been nearly half a century since it opened, so it's hard to hide its age, but it's clean and has a retro feel to it in a good way. The staff are also very helpful.

The location is great, so I use it quite frequently. I think it would be great if there were microwaves on each floor.

It's an old hotel, but I was able to stay there cheaply. The French toast for breakfast was delicious. It was about 5,000 yen including breakfast.

This room feels the same as the compact room, and the price of nearly 650 per night is not a big rip-off. (The reason why I booked this room is that I booked a compact room for the first time, and the hotel upgraded the room without telling me. Based on this impression, I booked a standard room, so I expected it to be better than the first time.) This room should be quite ordinary in Japan, and the cost is really not worth it. Ctrip cannot cancel overseas hotel bookings, which is really inconvenient. I suggest you use other apps or local ones when you are overseas. Also, don't book in the morning, some room types will not be released.

The front desk staff is polite, the hotel is conveniently located for dining and shopping, and the family room is spacious enough for children to move around. However, the bed sheets have a slight odor. Overall satisfactory.

I think it's No. 1 in terms of accessibility, location, and hotel appearance. The hotel staff are also very gentle. It's an old hotel, but it's clean and I can feel safe staying there, so I've made it my regular place. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.

The lobby and restaurant had a classic feel to them. The breakfast was also very good. The location was good and I would like to stay here again. The only thing that bothered me was the blackening of the shower head. I have stayed at a high-end city hotel in Niigata, but this hotel is better.
