A Perfect Oceanfront Getaway! 🌊🛁 I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an unforgettable experience. We booked a room for four with an ocean view, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all-glass windows that offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. One of the highlights was the bathtub in the bedroom. It was such a unique feature, allowing us to enjoy a warm bubble bath while gazing out at the serene ocean. The combination of the soothing bath and the stunning view made for a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway. We were also fortunate to witness some beautiful sunsets from our room, which added to the magic of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. Can't wait to return!

Had a great stay! The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good and had a huge variety. There were lots of vegetarian options available. Would definitely stay again!

Had great experience staying at this hotel Modern and beautiful decor inside the room, eventually in some small places it start to showing its age, but overall experience was excellent. 3 mints walking to the beach and close to a lot nice restaurants and marts. Breakfast has many local and international choices. Staffs were welcoming

Very good swimming pool, well sight of sea view. We had very enjoyful time here.

I really couldn't fault this hotel. Around one block (a couple of minutes walk) to the beach, spotlessly clean room, super friendly staff, a huge number of restaurants of all kind - Vietnamese, Mexican, Chinese, Korean, Seafood etc within a short walk. Two pools, strong air con, amazingly comfortable bed all at a great price point. Would happily stay again.

This is my first trip to Da nang and stayed at Cicilia hotel and spa for five nights. Right from the start during check in I was greeted by a friendly staff by the name of Loucy Nguyen . She was friendly and pro active and speaks good English . Upon checkout also staff name vivian , Mai Thao, yen then was also very helpful. Location is very good All excellent Hera from F&B was very helpful

Hotel location is good and many food can buy near the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable.Breakfast is good.

Good location but other amenities are average. Staff is polite but not very flexible in providing several services.

My husband and I had been exploring Da Nang and the surrounding areas for a month. We had stayed a week at a time at different hotels. We booked this hotel because of the high hospitality standards, great location, and the positive reviews. We arrived at the hotel when it was pouring down with rain. We were  immediately provided with a green tea beverage. However, there was a bit of confusion about the room that I initially reserved online and what was available upon checking-in. The receptionist clerk informed me that the King bed was unavailable because I booked a last minute reservation. She offered me a room with two twin beds that could be pushed together to create a King bed. I declined and she gave me a room with a King bed on the eighth floor. I was happy she was able to give us a King room, until I arrived at the room and the room did not have a city view. I called the receptionist and informed her that this is not a King room with a city view. At this point, I was really disappointed and wanted a full refund. I went back down to the receptionist desk. Finally, the manager came out and she immediately took care of the situation. I am so grateful, Yen was able to understand my frustration and allowed me the opportunity to express my feelings about my overall check-in experience. My husband and I are well traveled so we informed her that we were not going to allow this situation to have a negative impact on our overall experience at the hotel. With this being the case, we got our room upgraded and we had a memorable stay. We would highly recommend this hotel as it is very accommodating and clean. We understand that mistakes can happen when booking online and checking-in. We were very impressed with how Yen, the manager handled our situation and exceeded our expectations in making sure that our stay was exemplary. Again, we are looking forward to future stays and the breakfast is outstanding here!!
