The receptionist is rude and racist! They did not honor our request! There is not toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no extra towel. Shower head not convenient it is mounted lowered shoulder!

Good and nice hotel. Near to airport. Available parking. Clean rooms.

Good location but the rooms are terrifying. Extremely dirty, the bad was stained with some yellow stains from someone’s sweat or even worse.. towels were dirty, stains literally everywhere, even on the walls. Shower smelled like pee and was obviously dirty like everything else. Really, really bad. Will not recommend to anybody

Perfect hotel for air travellers. Short distance to the Chopin Okęcie Airport. The place was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The bathrooms were not clean. I had to move rooms and both of the bathrooms smelled like pee. There was dirty brown colour stains around where the toilet paper was on the wall. Otherwise the bed and the rest of the rooms were all right. Their instant coffee was a life saviour.

The service was ok not bad but from hotels like that I am always waiting 24/7 Check in. I didn’t order breakfast. There were some candies on the table in my room. The room was clean and amenities were working. The hotel has a really good location to have a good rest between flights.

Very good hetel near airport

The service of front desk of a boy is very bad，he set up obstacles about invoice and final one girl solve the issue for me, he have no any service mind Usually someone live in one hotel can get parking free，also the above boy request parking fee 2nd day room have not cleaned very bad living experience

Great quiet place close to the airport. Ideal for people who need to spend a night before the flight. Airport is 15 min public transport ride away. Hotel provides breakfast but there is McDonalds nearby as well. The room had an aircon to quickly warm up the space

+ Proximity of the airport + Stuff - Hotel (room) maintenance/cleaning should be improved. Some areas look tired.

One night stay and excellent location if in transit. Rooms quite basic, no kettle to warm up and it’s only B&B
