Hotels in Cimiez, Nice

The location was ok. The staff were friendly enough. However, our room was really tight for a 3 single bed room. The table was not big enough for 3 people's stuff. The airconditioning was not working so we had to open the window to cool the room or else it was so hot inside. Unfortunately, when the window was opened there were various noises you could hear like dog barking, the train passing, drunk men shouting and loud conversations by people shouting. The lift was tiny and there was only one, so we just had to wait for our turn when it was busy. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the place is very average, dont expect much.

The room facilities are relatively complete, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The decoration is relatively new. There is a small supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. It is a 15-minute walk from the small train, which can take you to the main attractions in the city center.

Хорошее расположение. Рядом травмайная остановка на котором пару остановок можно добраться до старого города и набережной. Также рядом вокзал. Вокруг есть неплохие кофейни и кондитерские. Район спокойный. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка. У меня был небольшой одноместный номер. Чистый со всем необходимым. Относительно недорого для Ницццы!

The transportation is convenient, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. There are simple kitchen supplies in the apartment, so there are stoves, refrigerators and microwave ovens, simple kitchen utensils, dishes, knives, forks, wine glasses, etc. Room size is acceptable. The bathroom space is also moderate. Towels and toiletries are provided. Special luggage storage service. Front desk service is good.

Because of my carelessness, I was embarrassed that I couldn't find a parking space outside. The landlord was very helpful and proactive in assisting with the search. He offered to take me on a motorcycle to look for him, but he was at a loss on weekends. After no results, he made a consoling and considerate plan to follow up. It wasn't until Monday that I finally found a parking spot. There are many details that are inconvenient to list one by one. I am sincerely grateful! I feel that by being able to do this, this place can become a home that tourists from all over the world can rely on.

The receptionist was welcoming and willing to help. Nice building, room ok, with necessary supplies and appliances, the floor a little sticky. Parking is a headache not only for the hotel but in the entire city…

Everything is wonderful, very much liked the hotel and the people working in it. I would like to express my own thanks to the owner - a very sunny and welcome person who is always willing to help and support dialogue. There is no more joy than the joy of human communication - so I love to speak and so it was here. Our holiday in Nice wouldn't be half so beautiful without this wonderful hotel with panoramic views and wonderful people. The hotel is quite remote from the center, but we walked everywhere (about an hour walking to the old city and the embankment). There are buses and taxis if such distances are not normal for you. In the room there is all necessary for life - air conditioner, towels, soap, shower-sampoule gel, fan, glasses for water (but slippers/baths take yours). If you plan to swim, take your towels as towels from the hotel cannot be taken. Breakfast is great, we usually take one for two and buy something in the shop or bakery since evening (because I wanted something specific). In breakfast you can ask for something to replace (for example, I asked for coffee instead of juice, because I don't drink juice, etc.). You can ask a teapot to drink tea in the room. What a pleasure to sit on a terrace with a panoramic view and enjoy breakfast or dinner! Neighbours are sometimes noisy, but it is not the hotel 's fault, but the question of the nurture of the guests. From the hotel in 20 minutes walk the station from which you can reach Monaco and other nearby places Thank you for a great holiday! We will definitely return if we are still in Nice.

The garage is certainly not very wide (enough for a C4) but is a major asset for people arriving by car. We left the car during the stay because the tram 170 m from the rental is super practical for visiting the city (10 min max for the city center). Apar
