It's about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport at night when there's no traffic. However, it's extremely congested around 6pm on weekdays at the same time. The room was okay and fine. It's good value for money. There's a restaurant on the first floor and a rooftop, but I didn't use it. It's about 15-20 minutes on foot to the beach? The location is good and I recommend it.

Because of my carelessness, I was embarrassed that I couldn't find a parking space outside. The landlord was very helpful and proactive in assisting with the search. He offered to take me on a motorcycle to look for him, but he was at a loss on weekends. After no results, he made a consoling and considerate plan to follow up. It wasn't until Monday that I finally found a parking spot. There are many details that are inconvenient to list one by one. I am sincerely grateful! I feel that by being able to do this, this place can become a home that tourists from all over the world can rely on.

Very good value for money hotel, the location is a bit remote, but fortunately, it takes about 5 minutes to get off the rail. The room is very large and the noise is slightly loud at night.

Хорошее расположение. Рядом травмайная остановка на котором пару остановок можно добраться до старого города и набережной. Также рядом вокзал. Вокруг есть неплохие кофейни и кондитерские. Район спокойный. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка. У меня был небольшой одноместный номер. Чистый со всем необходимым. Относительно недорого для Ницццы!

The tram station is just a few minutes away, providing excellent access to the center of Nice. There is a large supermarket in the back and there is no problem in procuring food. Self-cooking utensils are fully equipped for apartment system. It's a pity that the hair dryer in the room was broken and couldn't be used.
