Hotel super well located, for those coming by metro from the airport, it is 2 minutes from a stop on foot, it is also 2 minutes on foot from the waterfront. Very comfortable bed and pillows 🥰 Excellent breakfast 👌🏻 the breakfast coffee machines are available all day for us to serve 😊 Cleaning could be better, that's the only downside. We are a family of three. The room has a bed and a sofa. The sofa can sleep one person. The bathroom and toilet are very small. There is not enough hot water. Two people can wash it well, but the third person can wash it after a while. The water is cold. The most dissatisfied thing is the front desk. The waitress at the hotel made things difficult for us. There was a parking space, but she told us that there was no parking space. She asked us to find a public parking lot outside. My husband drove around and couldn't find it. He looked for one according to the map. It didn't look like a public parking lot when we drove there. It was like a private one, so we didn’t dare to drive down. It was really difficult to park in Nice. Even the parking spaces on the roadside were full, so we had to go back to the hotel to ask for help. At this time, a male waiter changed at the front desk and he asked We were leaving at what time tomorrow, and we were told that there was a parking space. We were so happy that we didn’t have to go out to look for it. The parking lot was underground and very small. When we got down, we saw that there were at least three parking spaces, so the waitress asked We feel that they are discriminating against us and deliberately making things difficult for us! Mistaken!

The serviced apartment has a kitchen, is cost-effective, and has a particularly good location. It is very close to the train station and the seaside avenue, and it is convenient to walk to the old town for shopping and dining. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The two beauties at the front desk have a very good service attitude and helped me a lot. It feels great to stay for 4 consecutive nights. This is the most satisfying stay experience in Nice during this trip!

The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended

This hotel has a super location, close to so many restaurants, main shopping centre, close to the Beach and Promenade, everything in walking distance. It’s a quaint little 3Star Hotel, doesn’t try to be anything they are not. The lobby is small but cosy and they helpfully store your luggage for you if waiting or after you leave. The rooms are fine and clean, yes with very red carpet! There is a Safe in the wardrobe, but it’s so high I had to take a chair and stand on it to access it. Why would you put it so high people can’t reach it ? Many people or elderly wouldn’t be able to stand on the chair to use it or it would be dangerous. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Liobor (sorry if spelt wrong) the Turkish lady. I didn’t take the breakfast so can’t comment. I would definitely stay again. Good wifi.

The sea view is outside the window. It's very nice. A big bed is enough for two people to sleep in, and there is a recliner for sunbathing. The balcony is not big and there is no French style, but it is worth it to see the sea view. The bathroom is also relatively large. It's just that it's really too expensive in the peak season. It's almost 4,000 a night, but it doesn't feel like 4,000. The cost performance is not high. It's more cost-effective in the off-season
