Nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate (recommend it for couples or solo), breakfast is basic but good enough. The old town, marina and promenade are all easily accessible (couple minutes of walk), and the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants, bars etc. This might be the only downside, it was very noisy in the party ‘rush hour’ but if you are looking for night life, this hotel is right by the center of it. Overall a very positive experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. Turn left and then turn left to Gabor Square. There is a large supermarket next to the square and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It is not far from the Old Town of Nice. Breakfast is typical ibis style and ok. However, no extra bed is available in the room. The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking lot access is not very convenient, the aisle is narrow, and parking spaces are very laborious. The car I drove was relatively large and not very convenient. There is also a city tax on parking fees. The warmest thing is that there is boiling water and free snacks in the lobby. Although I didn't eat snacks, I made tea several times. Especially suitable for Chinese. 👍

Nice, a seaside city with a high value and full of life, the feeling of entering is a bit similar to Marseille. I booked a room facing the sea at the Sao Paulo Hotel by the sea. During the day, I watched the waves roll up thousands of snow on the shore. At night, I fell asleep with the sound of the waves. It was also a different feeling. Hotel location is very good, facing the sea, only a few minutes drive from Castle Mountain, complete facilities and good service. In the morning, I went down from Castle Mountain to enter a morning market. Vegetables, fruits, spices, candies, etc. are all available, dazzling, and it is very interesting to walk around. Through the morning market, the beach is unobstructed, the blue sky, the turquoise seawater, the color is transparent, the level is rich, intoxicating, a place suitable for a daze, empty self.

From arrival to departure, the staff at the hotel were excellent, super friendly and efficient. Great location close to the Old Town and Port Lympia tram station. A lovely spacious room. A tiny little gripe was the balcony was a little disappointing as very small but appreciate this is dictated by the architecture of the building..

Hotel very well located, a few meters from Place Garibaldi (place of departure and arrival of the tram for the airport and the rest of the city). Very pleasant reception, who responds easily and with great kindness to questions. The whole is rather clean and calm overall (for the month of August). Accustomed to coming to Airbnbs, I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay (2 to 3 times a year). Unrivaled value for money. See you soon and thank you again.

This is the best hotel apartment I have ever stayed in Europe! First of all, this type of hotel is very novel. It has both the convenient services of a hotel and the warm feeling of living at home. You can also cook and eat yourself, which is very suitable for family travel. The location is particularly good, it is convenient to go anywhere in the city center, the bedroom of the room faces the hotel’s own small garden, so it is very quiet. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. You can contact them at any time if you have anything. They also provide tips on how to play and recommended restaurants. The hotel is newly opened, very clean, and the room facilities are very high-end brands. Highly recommend friends who come to Nice to live here!

I just adore this place by the vibe, by the approach. I can say that Daniel ( i hope i didn’t mess up his name) is amazing! He remembered my name from the day one, he was amazingly helpful, kind and funny and I have finally “my place” for any of our runaways to Nice. The hotel is on amazing lively spot, but inside very quiet. They have superb carpet pattern! 😁 Can’t wait to come back on the way to our honeymoon! Tereza

We stayed here in July. Booked two rooms - a superior room facing the promenade and a regular room with a city view. The sea facing room had a fantastic view but very tiny. The regular room was on the 5th floor. Had views of the mountains/hills and was massive. I was so worried prior to checking in given the bad reviews here. I noticed though that for some reason most Nice hotels have bad reviews! I had nothing to worry about at all. We arrived before 2PM and had our room right away. No issues with rude staff whatsoever. And no noise issues with the sea-facing room either. The only issue is it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town and the train station (uphill and doing this twice a day is quite tiring). But seriously I was in Nice for a week and I don't think I'll trade his hotel for any other hotel. Nice, further up closer to the train station, wasn't quite as ”charming and lovely” as having views of the promenade.

We stayed here for our last day in Europe before returning to Canada. The hotel staff were wonderful. We arrived on a Sunday and were given the last room. It turned out to be huge by Europe standards with a balcony. The hotel seems to be recently upgraded. They arranged a driver for a 5 am airport ride. The location is great- right near the old Town a d the scenic beach walk with the legendary blue beach chairs of Nice.
