Of the few affordably priced hotels in Nice, this may the only one that has rooms with a full view of the Mediterranean and the Cote d' Azur. Its recent renovations apparently included soundproof windows, because it is quiet inside despite the traffic outside. The rooms and bathrooms are small but well designed and tastefully furnished and decorated. Since renovations are still underway, the tiny and crowded reception area may shock you on arrival, but the reception staff make up for it by being exceptionally friendly, helpful and reliable. The same can be said about the breakfast room serving staff who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food choices on the breakfast buffet are very good and offer adequate variety. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Old City and the shopping areas around it on foot. On the whole, this hotel is a real gem.

Perfectly located, lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Well equipped room. My daughter and I shared a room with mezzanine, it was quiet and overlooked a courtyard. My parents had a larger apartment which overlooked the square. Noise from the square was delightful with the windows open and not disturbing with the windows closed. Highly recommend this hotel.

A hotel I am quite satisfied with during my trip to France. After all, most of the French people's services are still quite poor. This newly opened hotel is quite good. Although many places in the garden are under renovation, it is generally good and the environment is quiet in a busy place. However, the wardrobe in the room smells musty, the facilities are not advanced enough, and the hair dryer is difficult to use.

Check in was easy and friendly. We waited at their beach area. Pretty dirty compared to the other ones we went to in the area but less expensive. It's cheaper to get your beach tickets at the front desk. Cash only. The room was nice. We even sent laundry out and had it back by the next afternoon. Top Notch. It can get noisy outside, there was an event in the park. Location is amazing. Easy drop off and uber pick up area. Lovely breakfast til 10:30pm. My only complaint seems silly but it was the hair dryer. Whoever sold that to you should be ashamed. I am assuming it is environmentally friendly. So for me it was b/c I just couldn't use it and gave up,

Breakfast is good, you can fry orange juice by yourself at 12.50 euros per person. The front desk answered the questions in detail. There are only six rooms with sea view. There is no way to see the sea. But when you go out, you can turn to the sea. It is a frog. The Internet celebrity shop is a 7-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. The airport is a little farther from tram2 tram2, 13 minutes walk away. Overall, the price is relatively high. The price is a duplex although it is not big. It is the first time to experience this structure. The other rooms in the hotel should be the same.

When planning this trip we did not realize that our dates were over Monte Carlo Grand Prix and end of Canne film festival. We could not book hotel in advance as we did not know our arrival date or if we would get on the flight (airline standby). We literally did the booking when we landed in Nice. Anyway. Location was PERFECT for us. Hotel is in Old Town among charming alleys, shops and restaurants. (one at hotel too). It is in an historic building, and as such there are no elevators. We literally got the last room which was quite small, but common for the area. I was nervous in later reading reviews about cleanliness etc, but found our room to be very clean. Yes, there are narrow stairwells, but we took our time going up and down with our bags. Staff could not be more helpful and gracious. I apologized for not speaking very much French and they all conversed with us in English. Their English was way better than my French and I appreciated their efforts! We did miss having coffee or even a kettle in the room, and the very small shower were our only cons. Had the staff not been so nice and helpful to us, I would have rated lower. Price was a little over 200 Euro per night but that was due to all that was going on in the area. lower at other times of the year. If our ”cons” are not a big deal to you, I would recommend staying here as the service more than makes up for our cons.
