Hotel Florence Nice Reviews

Hotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood. You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins. The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly. Overall a great for value hotel.

a gentleman at the front desk was friendly and nice. absolutely undesirable to have guestrooms at the same floor as the dinning room. a man was speaking over his phone loudly for about an hour near midnight but no staff took care of the matter. shower area was unbelievably tiny.

The location is very good and easy to find. It's a few steps to the main street of Nice where you can go shopping. The room is not very big and is a bit older, but it's clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. Overall it's OK.

It is also a huge hotel, and the overall hygiene is not particularly good. The towels felt a bit dirty. But the service attitude is good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets below the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall next to it. The free parking does not exist. Parking on the roadside is 25 euros a day, and parking in the mall is 24 euros a day. The transportation is really convenient, but the room is really average.

The room is relatively new and clean. The attitude of the front desk is also very good. The location is also good. It is a 9-minute walk from the beach.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

The staff are always friendly and leave only good memories in Nice, the first destination. The room was small but clean, there are mosquitoes, but even the mosquitoes do not bite politely. It was safe to walk alone because the light near the accommodation was bright. Thank you~
