Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.  One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.  The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.  Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.  The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location.

The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

Excellent Location, the central of Nice. Easy to access to the shopping area and the sea front. About 15 minutes walk to the Nice Rail Station. The room is a bit small but the bathroom is quite big. The breakfast has plenty of choices. Good stay and highly recommended.

Disappointing welcome. The television did not work despite the intervention of two hotel technicians. A cleaning lady had put vinegar in the kettle. Impossible to make tea or coffee. Disgusting smell in the kettle.

We were given a very small room, even though we had booked a 20 sq. m. The room and the bed were very worn, there were no bathrobes or slippers (which are part of a 4-star hotel). There were also a lot of bed bugs. We called a lady from reception and showed her, took pictures, but nothing helped us. We were told to stay in the room anyway because an unexpectedly large number of guests were arriving for a conference. We couldn't sleep at all for two nights. On the third night, we were given a different room, the room we had booked. We were told that, as a gesture of goodwill, we could wait until 1 a.m. until a taxi arrived, which we did, but despite the promises and without our permission, the €185 was debited from a credit card that was not on file with the hotel. We now have to get the money back through a lawyer because the hotel is not responding to our emails.

The room is a bit small. One obvious drawback of the hotel is that the WiFi signal is very poor, which caused the card I bought to run out of traffic and become useless without recharge. I hope the hotel can improve the network service.

The hotel is well located. The room is simple and the hotel does not have parking, which is not compatible with a 4-star hotel. The room was very clean, there was hair all over the bathroom, including the bathtub, when we first entered the room. Check-out was before 12:00 pm, at 9:50 am the employee was already entering the room.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast more than perfect because there is a lot of choice while being of quality. The view from the 7th floor is just wow!!!!. Spacious room as well as the bathroom. In short, everything was perfect.

I really liked my stay. The rooms are clean and bright and the full breakfast is varied and offers quality products. I highly recommend.

Imposing hotel in a perfect location to discover the best of Nice. The only criticism is the exaggerated prices for the hotel's minibar and bar.

The location is very good. It's not far from the seaside. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's still very convenient. The room is separated from dry and wet areas. It's relatively clean. The waiters are friendly.

My second stay in this magical establishment opposite the Paillon promenade or “green corridor” with its superb water jets. 2 minutes from Place Massena. Magnificent hotel architecture with friendly and caring staff. Delicious breakfast with a very large choice of quality products (during my first visit there was an Exquisite Tonka bean cake, too bad)! Thanks again to the whole team. During my next stay I plan to return to this wonderful establishment (don't forget this famous cake😋) and thank you to the Trip site for its services.
