Hotel location and service was great. Cost/performance satisfied. Problems: lot's of dead insects and flies were found everywhere and the whole room smelt of pesticides.

Until three days later we still cannot contact the customer service. We even cannot check in. Terrible experience

My stay at Hotel Saint Gothard is pleasant, nice and enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as it is near the shopping area. For cleanliness it is average, aircon is old and quite dusty. The daily cleaning service is slow as not complete when I went back for afternoon rest. Snacks, drinks and food can get easily near the hotel. Environment is quiet and peaceful which allow a good rest. It also had a small balcony which personally I find a nice place to have a drink. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel with the price being reasonable.

The reception is very friendly and welcoming. Location is walking distance to great restaurants and the main areas. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room - it seemed as though only the bed was made up, not much else.

This hotel is located almost right in front of Nice Ville Station. The exterior of the building is old-fashioned, but the interior is well-remodeled and clean. The staff was also friendly and nice.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding and decoration are relatively new. I booked a family room, which is not too crowded. But the bathroom is terrible, the facilities are very poor, very small, the toiletries are also very poor, the shower room is small, the shower head cannot be adjusted, and you have to hold it with one hand. The sewage pipe of the toilet is an open pipe, which looks very uncomfortable. The location is close to the train station, and it takes a few minutes to walk here with the luggage. There is a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, McDonald's around the corner, and a large supermarket near the train station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town, or you can take the light rail L1, which is about two or three stops. The wifi signal is not good.

The location is a bit far from the station. It's troublesome to drag big luggage. Not as good as the pictures. The space is small and the facilities are old. There is a patio outside the window.

Because I booked it last minute, I wanted to stay there. The bathroom facilities were terrible. I couldn't take a shower. There was no water, so I had to buy it from a vending machine. The soundproofing was very poor, and I could hear the sound from the door above my head. I stayed in the worst hotel in Europe. They refused to check out even though I had communicated about the itinerary changes.

The room was cramped, the bathroom leaked, no bottled drinking water was provided, and the soundproofing was really poor. Unless you are going to rely on trains for travel, I really don’t recommend it.

The room is bright and clean, and it is convenient for travel. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are complete and the bathroom is clean. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
