The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.

Efficient check in, large parking space but no Free. Room size is suitable for family of 3 -4, mattress is abit too soft. Well designed Charing circuits near bedside and near working table👍🏼. Coffee machine is available in room🤩 walk in shower 👍🏼 Simple breakfast is provided and a corner for refill coffee/tea for travellers 👏🏼👏🏼

It was a great experience; it is situated 10 minutes walk from Niagara Falls.

The hotel was convenient, 15 to 20 mins walk to the fall, it’s in the middle of all entertainment and restaurants. However, the room was very small, even with 2 Queen bed. Their breakfast was good and the staffs were really helpful.

No free parking provided even though all the other hotels around here were providing for customers. Even though all the place is almost vacant.

We booked Fairfiled vs Sheraton in Niagara because of higher reviews. The hotel itself is nice, however if there is one staff who does not do their job properly, it affects the review of the property as a whole. The shower room assigned to us was not cleaned properly.

Free breakfast meal was good. But nothing else

Quick check in. Bed’s super comfy. Breakfast line’s nothing special but simply and enough for quick breakfast. Nothing empty in the line as the service keep refilling. But be careful with the WiFi. I didn’t sign up for extra. But after check out they send me the receive for extra charge for the WIFI. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

1.Best location Walking distance to falls and Clifton hill. They have free breakfast and it’s awesome . This is my 5th stay in this hotel and I am looking to stay again in future .

Very nice hotel, new and clean, match description, the breakfast is good.

Location's good, near to the restaurants and main street, 15 minutes walk to the Fall. The stuff are nice and welcomed.

Room wasn’t very well cleaned. But good size room and good location. 10-15min walk to Niagara fall. Parking is very expensive, $30 all day.

Locations is good and the staff are very friendly! Especially the gentlemen from Surat India who is at the reception!
