Great location and fantastic Niagara river view ! Parkway Prime steak was excellent and enjoyed very much!

great location you can walk out, and see spectacular torrential stream in the upper deck of fall.  hotel facility is apparently a bit aged, and housekeeping has large room to make up.  breakfast buffet, hmmm…. you’re probably able to find the better way. 

Everything is great about this hotel, very spacious and Caroline at the the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is the aircon/heater unit in the room is very noisy, as it's not central air.

Improve the breakfast. Service team is very sympathetic

The room is big and the location is good. You can walk to Niagara Falls. The breakfast is not a buffet, so you can't eat enough and it's not tasty. The check-in cookies are sweet and warm. Parking is very convenient. The price has increased from $16.2!

Excellent location, within walking distance to the waterfall. Very convenient hotel. The gym is also very good. It is in the basement. The configuration is reasonable. However, there are ants in the room. The biscuits provided by the hotel were full of ants after one night. I felt very uncomfortable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is just over 2,000 per night, which is not as good as the standard of domestic three-star hotels. The hotel facilities are old, the sanitary conditions are relatively poor, the sound insulation is poor, the room is dim, there is only a floor lamp, a bedside lamp, and a broken bulb. The remote control, body lotion, and bedside lampshade are all covered with dust. This room on the second floor does not have central air conditioning. There is an old-fashioned air conditioner by the window, and the wind blown out has a smell. Moreover, when I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the lowest floor of the second floor, facing the ceiling of the first floor door. It feels like they deliberately gave the bad room type to the Chinese. The next door room was also given to the Chinese. The housing deposit is 50 dollars a day. Remember to remind to return it when you check out.
