The location is really great! It’s in the Niagara state park, with few minutes to the falls or you can drive to the falls

Great location and fantastic Niagara river view ! Parkway Prime steak was excellent and enjoyed very much!

We had a great stay at Hilton, staff was just amazing. We reached early and Shanya at desk was super helpful and got room ready for us earlier than check in time. The ladies at bar area were super friendly. We used pool and jacuzzi which was very nice. The views of river from the room were amazing.

Very clean hotel and staffs were great. Cookies are tasty but the one thing that bothered me was the sound of the air conditioning unit was too loud.. I couldn’t sleep well.

great location you can walk out, and see spectacular torrential stream in the upper deck of fall.  hotel facility is apparently a bit aged, and housekeeping has large room to make up.  breakfast buffet, hmmm…. you’re probably able to find the better way. 

Everything is great about this hotel, very spacious and Caroline at the the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is the aircon/heater unit in the room is very noisy, as it's not central air.

Improve the breakfast. Service team is very sympathetic

Nice location with room facing the river and balcony. Staff provided us with complimentary cookies when we purchased from the mini bar for something to eat in the middle of the night

Very bad experience, the sanitation of the room was too bad. I thought that the environment of the hotel would be better or at least normal in this town. However, the towels were very dirty, with obvious dust on them. I don't know why they were folded up for customers to use. What's worse is that the quilt on the bed stinks, with a smell of hair oil. I regret not asking them to change it when I smelled it when I entered the room, which caused me to sleep in the stinky quilt all night. The quilts in other hotels will not stink.
