lovely hotel....clean and comfortable! Breakfast was really nice, delicious and varieties... Definitely will come back here again!

The location was the best thing for this hotel. It was right at the center of the city and near the statue of the city. The hotel was average and not very new. It's good to stay here for several days. The room was clean, but smelled like mold there. The light was not bright.

The location of the hotel is excellent - the beach, shops, cafes - everything is within walking distance. Breakfasts are monotonous but delicious. The room is cleaned every day. Toothbrushes, paste, comb, shower gel and shampoo, cotton swabs and a shower cap - everything is available. We lived on the 17th floor - the view from the balcony of the sea and the beach is amazing. The bathroom needs a shelf in the shower - there is nowhere to put shampoos and gels. In general, we are happy with the hotel. Downstairs there is a cafe Kostya - they cook delicious food and a travel agency with a Russian guide - we took all the excursions there.

I really liked the hotel! Excellent location, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts! The room is small but cozy, they gave us a sea view without any extra charges.

We arrived at the hotel at night, they checked us in right away, it was clean, they cleaned well, the breakfasts were not bad, they fry eggs, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, the fruits were bananas, pitaya, watermelon, coffee, drinks, we were not hungry. We changed the room for an extra charge, the balcony looked out directly onto the Lotus and the square, a very beautiful view, you can hear the sea. Opposite the hotel there is a place to eat, they did massages, the laundry is convenient. In general, everything is super, a good inexpensive hotel!!

For a 4*, there are no fireworks. The first hotel, and I have been traveling in Vietnam for 2 weeks, where they checked my room after me when checking out. In addition, they tried to accuse me of opening a 1.5l bottle of water, which was paid for. However, I only used free water and bought a 5l bottle of water in the shop opposite the hotel, because it is cheaper than the one offered in the hotel. However, I put the paid hotel water in the fridge. A very unpleasant situation. Eventually, the hotel withdrew from charging me, but the bad taste remained. The room is clean, but its glory days are behind it. There was no kettle in the room and I had to intervene twice to finally get one. It took over an hour, and I could not make myself a cup of tea after a long journey. The taps in the bathroom were falling off. The strongest point of my room was the view from the balcony, because I could see the sea. The view was partial because the Nowotel is opposite, blocking half of the view. In front of the hotel, there is currently an empty space with a small pond, perhaps some excavation for new construction, as the area is fenced. If something high is built in this place, the hotel will lose its last asset. The breakfasts and the friendly service in the restaurant are worth recommending. People who show up on December 30th must expect rehearsals for the New Year's concert, which last until about one in the morning. Anyone who expects to see the concert from the balcony should get good binoculars.

Very good hotel in the middle segment. We rested for three weeks in December 2024, and we had only good impressions. The location of the hotel in the very center of the city, next to the theater. We were even lucky enough to go to the theater for a touring concert of symphonic music and opera singers on December 14. Very impressed! We really liked all the reception staff, nice, helpful and all our questions were resolved quickly. It so happened that both when checking in and when leaving the hotel we were accompanied by a very nice girl Ms. Nhung, she immediately explained everything and helped us throughout our stay.

The hotel is in the center, in the evening until 22.00 music was heard from the square, the lotus is visible from the window. The breakfast is super, a large selection of dishes, meat, fruits, if something runs out, they bring more.

The hotel is located two steps from the embankment, when checking in they tried to take away my passport, we were outraged, they returned the passport probably so that I would not drink their paid water and steal a holey towel. Dear hotel owner, stop disgracing yourself and Vietnam, remove this paid water, you will not get rich on trifles, moreover, it is not good to take away the passport of a citizen of another country, it is illegal
