I had a great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Service was excellent, especially from Front Desk Manager Wang Lili and Assistant Manager Sun Runmei. Both were very professional, and Wang Lili was also exceptionally warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Rooms not clean specially the bathroom, 4pm the room still not cleaned, breakfast is a joke, fresh towels only after asking, definitely no 5 Star Hotel!

I always stay in this hotel when I travel in Yantai. This time the service is great and the breakfast is much better. Two issues are the bathroom was not cleaned well and there were a lot of group travelers during the breakfast.

I wrote my review of this hotel in another one. I can add that a lot of buses and tourists are crowded all the time. I also don't understand why this hotel has 5 stars.

Unfortunately this hotel does not represent the effort and the spirit of the Best Western brand. I have stayed in several Best Western hotels in the world and none have given me an experience quite as negative as this one. The staff at the reception, who did not speak English, were incredibly rude and laughed at foreign customers who were doing their best to communicate. The cleaning of the rooms was poor with strong smoke smells (despite having asked for a non-smoking room). The advertised gym was none existant and breakfast only catered for local customers. I would strongly advise foreign customers to look for another hotel in the area that provides the hospitality you would expect from an international chain.

Very satisfied with the stay experience. The lobby is bright and the environment is nice. Meimei and Yangzi at the front desk are friendly and quick in handling business. The room facilities are complete, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean. They also helped to upgrade the room. The breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool on the top floor for children to play. It's very good!

This stay was great! The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally.
