Virgo Hotel Nha Trang Reviews

It was a lovely place where i enjoyed everything . If the chance is given , i would like to visit Virgo without fail again.

The hotel locates nearby the walking street at the heart of Nha Trang. The room is spacious with balcony. The bathroom is unfortunately stinky. Amenities including shower cap, cotton buds, comb, toothbrush with toothpaste are fulfilled everyday. The buffet breakfast is good. Variety choices of food and drinks are provided. The only drawback is about the drinking water in the fridge and the fridge did not work properly. They did not tell that two bottles of water there, were not complimentary and would be charged when check out for 15k VND each.

Great place, the service was awesome, and the breakfast outstanding. The rooms were really comfy.

The hotel facilities are old and do not deserve 5 stars. The service is very poor. I will not stay again. The breakfast is very poor and does not match the price. Only the location is good and it is convenient to eat and go to the beach.

Location is good, service is also fine, many shops and restaurants near by too. The basement needs improvement due to its smell. Other than that it is great overall.

It was good to stay

I have a pleasant stay one night at Virgo hotel, the receptionist is polite and helpful, the breakfast is full of variety. it’s location also superb .. 5 star yet affordable.

Very disappointed with front desk female staffs. Restaurant staffs are much better in terms of of customer service. Swimming pool’s water is very dirty. Not up to 5 stars standard. Disappointed

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

Hotel location is strategically located in the center of the town, easy accessible to all the famous food & coffee stalls. Hotel breakfast is ok, served different varieties which suitable for Asian. Staff is friendly and speak basic English, Chinese & Korean. Overall 4nights stay experience is good & definitely worth the price.

The hotel room is very clean and fully equipped. Breakfast is very delicious and diverse. The location is quite close to the beach so you can walk to the beach to swim.

It is very nice, location is good. My friends and me nice feel and we will come back.

Great location, the room was nice but the fridge is not cold, and the sink always stuck with the water, the water took a while to drain, I told the staff and she told that the fridge only can keep it cool not cold, but it is not even cool, it’s just room temperature/ warm! They asked someone came to check the fridge for us but maybe because the language barrier, they told us it’s normal, however we booked extra few nights in different rooms and the fridge is cold!!
