Hotel is very good, nice breakfast. Location in North part of city, Beach in 100 meters. A lot of diffirent cafes, restorants and supermarkets close to hotel

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').

It's actually really good, I mean, the best in all services! The location is also very strategic. I'm not a 'walking' person, but here, i can keep walking as much as I want to visit all the famous recommended places online. The staff are very friendly and kind, not to mention, very sweet people. The food is the best! Anywhere you want to go, food is really a hot topic to be discussed about. But worries aside, the food here is very delicious and you can request the food you want (to Muslim who want to stay here). So overall, I rated this hotel 10 out of 10!

A good hotel with clean modern rooms and convenient underground parking. Nearby is the Okeanus complex, where mostly Russian speakers live. Nearby, in trailers and cafes, they sell inexpensive Russian cuisine. The only downside is the lack of balconies in the rooms. And it's hard to call this a downside. Breakfasts are not bad, but there is not enough variety, perhaps this was due to the fact that the hotel was sparsely populated, literally 25 percent, apparently that's why they didn't bother with breakfasts.

I have been to Nha Trang three times. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The service staff of this hotel are not bad. The hotel room is quite big and I am satisfied with it. I will stay there next time if I have a chance.

The choice of dishes for breakfast is quite large, but every day, basically, the same. The room is clean, in good condition, cleaned every day. The children's play area is small and tired, the door to the house is broken, which is unsafe for children.

Even considering that it was the ***** New Year holiday during my stay, it was a total mess. There were days when the room wasn't cleaned, and the breakfast was monotonous and unchanging. If you're traveling to Nha Trang, it would be better to go to a beach hotel or resort in Nha Trang.

Parking available, room ok. Breakfast is okay, just enough to satisfy hunger.

Not recommended to stay, the hotel service attitude is very poor.

It's a 5-star hotel, but honestly, I think the 20,000 won one in front is better. As for the facilities, the only thing that seems to be good is the bathroom.
