All was insane, very clean, fresh, chill place, nice lobby with garden and smoking zone

Clean and the staff are friendly, near khosan rd. 3min to 7/11

Biggest problem is that there is no elevator and they put us on the fourth floor. Bathroom was not on the grearest condition. Overall, ok but would not book again.

Good location! Clean too. Just a heads up that this place doesn't have an elevator (in my case; for reference my room was on the 4th floor).

Our room was nice and spacious, and we loved that our door opened to a beautiful green garden. Breakfast was simple but delicious, staff were very helpful and caring throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel in a quiet place, but not far from Khaosan road and river boat station. Our room was on the 5th floor of the building with an access by elevator. New furniture, powerful conditioner, hot water, shampoo and shower gel, individual wifi with password. It was a perfect place to spend couple days in Bangkok before going to Koh Tao.

Nice and cozy ,the room is clean and the hotel is pretty quiet. Plenty of parking lot, located very close to Khaosan Rd. but in a quiet location.

The hotel is in a good location, the cats in the store are so cute, it is convenient to travel, it is very close to Khao San Road, there are many snacks that locals like to eat in the nearby alleys, and there are more Europeans and Americans in the hotel. The facilities are not perfect, there is a bump when you get out of the elevator, and there is no prompt.

We rented a four-person room...the room size is just right and our suitcases are 28-30cm each...I read reviews that said there is no elevator and I was worried...but the hotel has an elevator...We are going back to Bangkok from Phangan The check-in time was very late... I called the hotel to tell them and the staff was very nice... Although the location of the hotel is a bit remote, the environment is not bad... But the breakfast options are not very selective... It is convenient if you want to go shopping at Khao San Road Night Market
