Very good big room with balcony. Breakfast and pool I don't see))

Normal hotel, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable, cleaned every day, delicious breakfast. I was charged for water not from the minibar, left in bottles on the table. Water on the table is not a compliment from the establishment!

The location is excellent and the room is tight, which proves that the recognition is still there. There is everything around. Even if it is very late, you don't have to worry about eating and drinking. Overall it is good. You must have breakfast. It is very good.

Traveling on ***** New Year. I came. It was the worst. There was no wifi, they didn't clean the room, and the smell made me cough so bad I couldn't sleep. The counter was insincere and didn't answer. It was really stressful. It was the worst.

It can be considered a mid-range hotel. The only regret is that they don’t help passengers contact long-distance bus tickets. We foreigners can’t find where to buy tickets, so we can only entrust a travel agency to find a bus to another city at a high price.

Since the hotel booked the day before could not be extended, I booked this hotel. The guests in this family seem to be all Vietnamese. The facilities are old and the swimming pool is small and not very clean.

С утра не работал один из двух лифтов на весь отель из-за чего образовалась пробка из людей идущих на завтрак. Все спускались по лестнице. Из-за ожидания лифта чуть не опоздали в аэропорт. По лестнице не могли, потому что были чемоданы. При чек-ауте долго проверяли номер, хоть мы и сказали, что нам надо ехать в аэропорт. Ну и из-за ожидания лифта мы даже не смогли позавтракать. В целом, норм.

The hotel is in a good location, two blocks from the beach. If you get one of the more expensive rooms you will have a little balcony and can just see it. My room was spacious and nice. So far, so good. The staff speak hardly any English though and are generally not helpful, which is a first for me here in Vietnam. The rooftop pool has definitely seen better days but is still nice for watching the sunset.

Before today I have never left a bad review for any business. However, our experience at the Galliot Hotel was so bad that I had to write one so that others would avoid this hotel and not be disappointed like we were. The main reason for this was the staff. Unlike most places we stayed, not one of the staff could speak any English, making it hard to book cabs/activities and ask and questions. Whilst we understand there is a language barrier, they were extremely rude about this and began to ignore us when we went to the desk. To make matters worse, after leaving the hotel my son had noticed that he left a new shirt in the room. After leaving several emails and calling the hotel, they never got back to us and ignored all of our attempts to contact them. We even went through a travel company to contact them in Vietnamese, who despite chasing multiple times still never heard back. This was also communicated after only two days, and so there was no excuse that the shirt was not returned to us. Given that the shirt was in the room when we left and never given back, I even consider this theft as they knew who's property it was. The breakfast was poor too, with no butter, broken toast machine and little options outside of the pho. Please avoid this hotel at all costs and avoid our mistake. Nha Trang has so many great hotels which would be a better option than this one.
