My wife and I only found out the following after we arrived: There is a Condotel Panorama. There is no hotel Panorama. The condotel rents out many rooms to a businessman. The businessman rents out these rooms to me. Condotel Panorama disclaims responsibility for the businessman's actions and their only function is to register you. The businessman who rented us this family room had ONLY ONE family room on the 11th floor. And the photo of someone else's room is from the 30+ floor. This is a scam, like most ads from Condotel Panorama. Businessmen take other people's photos, you arrive, and it turns out that you have the wrong room at all and nothing can be done about it, because Panorama bears no responsibility for this. Now about the hotel itself: Soundproofing: 1/10. You can hear what they are saying on the street, there is a concert stage nearby, the central street of the city, Reception, lobby: 1/10 1 point, because they checked us in quickly. The elevators are terrible, the ceilings drip, 10+ people get into the elevator. There is also no automatic elevator call switch and you stop at almost every floor when you go. The hotel service is completely absent. Rooms: 3/10. We saw a cockroach, mold, the sofa smelled of cigarettes (smoking is not allowed in the hotel), the bed linen was washed poorly. Also at this time in Vietnam the air is humid. And when we arrived, the windows in the room were open, because of this the bed was very damp. Good view from the room, but probably from the 20th+ floor. No one will replace a bad room, the answer is: "you booked it yourself" The worst experience of staying in my life. I booked a high room in a 3-star hotel based on a photo, but got a low one with cockroaches, mold and a wet bed. The hotel service did not help in any way, answering that "we have nothing to do with the rooms". We immediately checked out to another hotel. Panorama and this particular owner of the rooms is a dump and a scam on the level of a cheap hostel for $ 5. It just looks like a hotel. Never stay here. When moving from here, I went to more than 10 hotels nearby in the center, everything is much better.

We would like to visit Nha Trang and stay in Panorama again! Perfect location, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Beach is only 3 minutes walking. The only problem is check in - too many people at same time. In total we enjoyed our stay!

Room 1915 Convenient location, good service, goodl view. That's where the positives of this hotel end. 1. If the room is not constantly ventilated, then over time a disgusting smell appears in the room 2. The curtains were dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, the drain in the sink worked very poorly. 3. What happened to that nightstand? Why it’s looks so dirty? 4. There is also a large amount of black mold in the bathroom. 5. THE MOST BIG PROBLEM A motion-activated light in a cabinet could turn on unexpectedly at night. I couldn't sleep properly because of this light and I kept waking up because the light bulb would suddenly turn on So, I’ll never choose this hotel again

After the overnight stay in one of the rooms, we were impressed by the room cleanliness. So, after our Dalat trip, we decided to check in again at Panorama, having a different room, and our expectations were still met. We were not given the same rooms, but overall, we had a beautiful time staying at this place. We will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back to this place.

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Good location, nice view of the sea from the window, near to all shopping and services, cheap price

The hotel is located in the heart of Nha Trang. So going to beach or walking the night market was a step away. The staffs was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the early morning activities, around 5am, for the local was loud. The speakers they used were very loud. Other than that, it was very pleasant .

A long waiting for check-in / check out, there are no enough staff at the reception. 4 on 8 elevators working conducting to a long waiting ( always between 10 and 15 min) to go up or down.  The flat in itself is spacious with a great balcony, but everything is used … rust, closets door broken, lights  broken, mold … I will never come back.

Basseins are not working. I want to see 360 bassein but was bot working new years days. Elevator is sooo overloaded, ee waited until 15 min :(. May be in new years is special overload. Buuut locatikn and breakfast oook :)

Love the view and spacious room! The location is great with many shopping and food options nearby :)

The hotel has a great view on the sea. It appears though it is not completely finished in terms of decor and small details. It gets busy at check in and check out time.

Nice , spacious hotel, big clean rooms with balcony and comfortable beds. Perfect location! Definitely recommend!
