It’s not Intercontinental Hotel. It’s Intercontinental Residence. I don’t know the exact differences. But they are different. Nevertheless I wish my home was like this. Great location. Well built. Huge room with wash machine and full size refrigerator. Wide corridor. High ceilings. Great services. You will enjoy the beach club across the road. I was generally satisfied except a couple of things. Swimming pool was small. But it wouldn’t be a problem if use the beach club instead. Second, amenities could be little generous. I didn’t see toothbrush in my room. Was it something I had to ask front desk? 

The hotel location is good and the facilities are clean. The staff is friendly. I'll come back next time.:)

Somewhere nearby, repairs began, we asked to change the room, we were moved without problems with an increase without extra charges. The view from the balcony is slightly limited by the architecture of the building, i.e. half of the horizon is visible, but everything is fine. There is no shower anywhere on the beach here, the water is not so salty apparently, if it is really critical there is one right on the street near the entrance to the hotel. But we never used it. The hotel is across the road from the beach, like all the others. In this place there is already a strip of park, but there are much fewer people, there is some privacy. The reception is a little small for Intercontinental, the room is bigger)), but this is probably for apartments. We had breakfast in the main hotel, but it immediately became clear that we would gain a lot of extra weight, so then we had breakfast in a fish restaurant in Costa. Inexpensive and tasty. The whole nightlife is on the next street parallel to the beach. I recommend this hotel. Thank you!

This hotel is brand new and more comfortable than a five-star hotel. It is about 60 to 70 square meters in size. It also has a kitchen, washing machine, and a sea view. The Western food downstairs is also delicious and convenient.

One of the best hotels in the very center of Nha Trang. Everything is close, your own sun loungers on the beach, incredibly tasty and varied breakfasts and the highest quality service. The hotel is 100% worth the money and the only thing that could disappoint you was the rather cold pool. But the rooms are huge, with their own kitchen, but there are no plates or cutlery in the kitchen, so it is better to take your own if you are going to have dinner in the room. I do not understand at all why there is a stove, sink and oven in the room if they do not come with kitchen utensils. In our case, breakfast was not included, we had to eat in a local cafe for an average of 300k dong per person (this is 1 dish and a drink). But the food is delicious and very high-quality products. I also advise you to ask for the highest possible floor when booking a room with a city view, then you will have a view of the sea as well-) + There are side activities for extra money, such as golf. I recommend the hotel, especially against the background of other hotels with a more attractive price and 5 stars. Better to overpay for intercontinental and get real 5 stars and great service, you will not regret it for a single day.

First of all, the hair dryer is too old-fashioned, the toilet paper is too thin, the water boiling pot is too old-fashioned, and for more than 150,000 won per night, the facilities need to be a little more luxurious. The wash basin in the bathroom is too narrow, so there is not enough space to put cosmetics. At this point, they need to lower the price or something. I don't think I will choose this place again for this price! Overall, there is no such exclamation as "Wow!" And when I first came in, the interior smelled good!

The hotel's fans may be turned on by mistake from other floors or next door, making a loud noise from time to time.
