Dusty room. Mattress and pillows hard, radiator was on full, so when we got in about 10pm, it was melting we turned it off and opened the window, but there was constant traffic all night. But it was too hot to close the window, very noisy neighbours and we could hear the lift . Hardly slept, absolutely knackered today.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. **Location:** The location was ideal for nightlife, with laughter and excitement nearby. However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants. **Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead.

Just amazing! I would they an hour was ruined becasue of no hot water issue, but it was sorted

walking distance to most places, place was quiet, only downside is that the bin in the toilet wasn’t changed.

Issue with the tv not working which took 50 minutes to fix at 11pm which is a huge inconvenience Bed was incredibly hard to which we have both woke in pain

Reception staff very welcoming. Had an issues with keys not working and vending machine not dispensing but all sorted out quickly and with a smile.

Everything was great for our recent one night stay but the breakfast option for my wife was not really satisfactory. I had cooked breakfast and all was good but my wife opted for some fruit and it was very limited with what was presented. We were down in the restaurant from 8am so quite early so one would expect at that time that there were sufficient food items available but when she enquired with a restaurant member she was told there was unfortunately no item/s that she required as it had been used up. Not the person's fault who told my wife that as she enquired for us with kitchen staff and was very apologetic about it but not really satisfactory for a food item not to be available for a restaurant associated with Leonardo Hotel and really should have capacity for paying guests when making reasonable requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's very modern with beautiful rooms. We booked an accessible room and it had everything we needed. The rooms are cleaned every single day with a provision of fresh towels and toilet rolls . It's eight mins walk from the train station and other amenities. The food at the hotel restaurant was also great. And staff are very friendly.

Basic hotel in a good location for railway station and events but with no air conditioning in rooms.

Nice hotel with walking distance to the train station and town.  Great location and clean.  Comfy bed.  Didn’t  see any air conditioning in the room if there was any.  Had to open windows as room was very warm which made it very noisy. Breakfast was with adding on to stay as had loads of choice and it was delicious. All in all a great hotel.
