Very nice hotel, clean and appreciate the free airport pick up. Would have been helpful if the team proactively told us that morning airport drop-offs had to be booked in advance, we had to book our own paid transfers. I’ve stayed in other airport hotels in the neighbourhood and did not face this challenge with them last minute. One particular lady at the desk - would not name her but could be a bit more courteous and make eye contact when we speak, at times it was like speaking to a robot. If I said too much I apologise, but it’s important! Thanks and good luck!

The overall atmosphere was very good. The room was spacious and fully equipped. There is an airport and hotel shuttle service, but if you arrive on a late-night flight, you’ll need to make your own way to the hotel. I don’t recommend taking a taxi from the airport, as I was scammed. As for breakfast, there wasn’t much variety, but the staff took great care of us.

Hotel provided shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast was provided but I didn’t try it.

Good location, airport pick up took pretty long until it picked us up. Rooms are not the cleanest. But good for one night.

The service throughout the hotel was shockingly poor. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, impatient, and unwelcoming — the worst I’ve encountered in 25 years of travel. When I first arrived and asked about booking the airport shuttle, I was met with a curt and dismissive response. I was told I could only book it on the morning of the day I needed it. Strangely, the very next day, a much friendlier staff member at the front desk offered to help me book it in advance — which I appreciated — but the inconsistency in both the information and attitude was confusing and unprofessional. The housekeeping staff were similarly cold and dismissive. When I tried to speak with one of them, she brushed me off saying she didn’t speak English — only to speak some English to me the next day when I asked if the toilet was working. She informed me it was out of service and that I should ask the front desk for assistance. What followed was even more appalling: the front desk staff, without offering any alternatives, simply told me there was no other toilet available and instructed me to walk over to the Hilton next door to use their restroom. For context, I had already checked out and was waiting in the lobby for my shuttle — hardly an unreasonable situation for needing basic facilities. The only blessing in disguise was that the guy driving the shuttle stopped eating in the middle of his dinner and drove me to the airport early so I changed this from a one star to a two star review. The hotel also happens to be located directly across from a massive rubbish dump, but frankly, the staff’s attitude left a worse impression than the view. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and off-putting experience that I would not recommend to others.

Close to the JFK airport, and the shuttle service is efficient. The room is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only drawback is soundproofing.

This hotel is good for people on transit or going to catch a flight the next day. It comes with breakfast, not fancy but is good enough. Has free airport shuttle. About 10-15 mins to airport. Room is clean but small. Bed is firm and comfortable. Not too soft. Shower pressure is also good. Is a small hotel building but it has everything I need. You will never missed your flight staying here.

Service was very professional and helpful for my stay. Taxi service was booked for me since I had to leave before the scheduled time for the free shuttle

We got a room in front of elevator and in between a big group of tourist which was 😰😰😰. They kept walking, talking and knocking each other's room and talk a lot... why didnt the hotel put among those people? But we stayed only 1 night and were too tired to fight for a new room so we held it.

Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable. Unable to connect to wifi. I did not try trouble shooting as too tired. Shuttle bus is small so you have to schedule for trip to airport.

Location was great, the shuttle service needs to run a little more often than ever hour. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection and friendly smile.

A nice hotel conveniently located close to JFK but a ways away from food and other services. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Room had all the essentials and breakfast was delicious!
