The room seems small and bath room split to left and right, no bath top.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are big supermarkets, breakfast shops, and restaurants with very good taste downstairs. The rooms are clean and tidy. I highly recommend it. Pendry has a total of five in the United States, and I stayed at three of them this time, and I recommend each of them.

The hotel with the best service I have stayed in New York; it is about 7 minutes walk from the pen station, and the subway is also convenient; the service is very good, the luggage is delivered to the room in time, very fast

Stayed at this hotel for an impromptu couples trip and it was just an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. The service was superb. The location is close to Hudson yards. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future on additional NYC trips

We chose this hotel based on the other reviews and we are very satisfied with stay in the hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed with a Japanese touch. The front staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Daniel Ng the hotel manager made us feel right at home. He recommend some great restaurants to us. Thanks Daniel! Ahh, the Pendry…. Well, they have done it once again. I just returned from an amazing stay. It is such a tranquil oasis to come back to after a hectic day of meetings. As beautiful as this hotel is though, it’s really the staff and service at this property that makes it so wonderful. I made a major mistake with my reservation, major, as in I cancelled it accidentally. So when I arrived, my reservation could not be found and …..the hotel was completely booked. The way that they reacted would make you think it was their mistake. They couldn’t have been more apologetic. Violet at the front desk burst into action, the next thing I know, Daniel, hotel manager is on the case. The 2 of them were so kind, I felt truly special. They genuinely cared about my distress and were determined to do everything possible to help me out, even though this was 100% my mistake. Long story short, I did end up staying and had such a fantastic stay. Daniel even texted me while I was at my meetings to let me know he would be happy to make dining reservations or arrange tickets to a show, so that he could alleviate any possible additional stress. This is a group of people that are incredibly well trained in the art of customer service; an art that often feels like it is dying. But as skilled as they are, it’s the level of sincere care and concern that takes it over the top. I cannot imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in NYC.

The Pendry will be my home in the city on my future visits. An impeccable hotel, with most attentive associates. I give a 10 rating to every aspect of the hotel, there is absolutely nothing a guest can complain about. The roast chicken with mashed potatoes from room service is absolute perfection!

I have stayed at Pendry Manhattan West several times over the past 3 years. Accommodations are exceptional… from the lobby to the room, the bar/restaurant and fitness center, the facilities are in excellent condition. What makes the Pendry special is the exceptional quality of service. Every member of the staff seek to make you feel comfortable and special. The Pendry is my hotel of choice whenever I come to NY.

I had an incredible experience at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is beautiful, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Oksanna, the Front Desk Director. She made sure every detail of my stay was perfect, and her warm, attentive approach truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and outstanding staff!

Celebrated my husband’s birthday with a weekend in NYC. A friend suggested we stay at the Pendry. We are hooked. We had an amazing experience. Boutique feel. The staff welcomed us and was very attentive. This is definitely for the grown folk. If you want Time Square hustle and bustle and Elmo on the corner, stay elsewhere. From the time we walked through the doors and until we checked out, we can’t speak highly enough about the accommodations, the lounge and the food. Walking distance to Hudson Yards and the Highline walkway. Can’t say enough other than we will be back

Located just minutes away from Madison Square Garden in the vibrant Hudson Yards area, this hotel offers exceptional service that makes you feel right at home. After just one stay, I’m certain I’ll return. The room was comfortable, and the gym is well-equipped with Peloton bikes. It’s definitely worth a repeat visit!
