The hotel located in a good location, in the middle of Manhattan, can go up & down the city within a day. The room is very small. We family of 3 stayed in a 2 twin beds room with only 2 small handcarry luggages. We can hear clearly whenever neighboods closed the door. Noise sensitive people would need re-consider. We stayed in the middle level of hotel, can see firewalk on 4 July, OneWorld trade & Statue of Liberty. Our room located at the end of corrider, they placed a clean up trolley near our room door blocking the way to lift everyday. Breakfast place is clean and staff cleanup promptly. The place always crowded and so we usually visited before 7:30am. The choice of food is limited but will offer different kinds of food everyday.

Building is tall with many floors, could spend 15 minutes waiting for elevator. Need to wait 15 minutes in line for a breakfast as well.

Very well-located and very clean hotel. The problem is the staff. Only a few are friendly. The rest deserve to be fired. Unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

The room is neat and clean, poor soundproofing. Second stay, 33rd floor facing New York landmark sKyscraper. Although the price is not cheap but definitely worth it. Will come back again.

The hotel location is great. There is a subway and Penn Station nearby. The view is also excellent. This is the city view on the 31st floor. I hope to come again in the future.

Cheap, good location, good breakfast. Except that there are a lot of people

Cleanliness: No one cleaned it once in three days. The only time it was cleaned was after 4 pm, and we had to wait at the door. The room is very small, the soundproofing is poor, and the front desk has a bad attitude and cannot handle any problems. I couldn't live any longer, so I moved out and changed to a hotel. Ctrip handled it in a timely manner. The hotel deposit refund is very slow. Highly do not recommend this hotel!

The staff provided bright service, and there was a little problem during the stay, but they upgraded the room saying it was the hotel's fault! The service was so good and the location was not bad, so I was satisfied with the hotel! And most of all, the hotel where the people who stayed happily greeted me every time they met👍🏻 It was so nice. The view was great, so I want to stay again next time!

The transportation is convenient, the room environment is comfortable, the lighting is good, and the overall review is positive. The front door waiter's response to opening the door was not timely enough and can be improved.

It is a very functional hotel on 7th avenue, well connected by subway to all points. The hotel has a good breakfast and the rooms, although not very big, are very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The reception staff are very friendly. The only thing to improve would be the management of the elevators. It has 4 but there are times, especially in the morning, when you wait for a long time or if you are going down, you stop at each of the floors.

When I left, I didn't give me the invoice, and I wrote emails many times to no avail. We were given water at the beginning, but then they stopped giving us water.
