Great view at night and day, and you can enjoy a really safe travels even in late night. The clearness of the hotel is, how should I put, found several hairs that do not belong to me.

The room is clean but the decoration makes you feel uncomfortable. The service is good but the charge is unreasonable. We are charged the $40 without using any facility. Check in process was smooth, but check-out was in a hurry and somehow pushed you out. On their website, it does not tell us we need to pay the additional fee to check out. I paid the taxes and room fee already when I made the reservation. Anyway, I have sent an email to the operation manager but there was no response. I am disappointed. Roosevelt island is an excellent location to live but not this hotel.

The room was very nice. The view was very nice, looking at Manhattan. I hope the price won't go up. It's a 3-minute walk to the subway station. The island is very quiet and safe.

The room is of good size and has a nice view. The view outside the window is as shown in the picture. Comfortable express hotel. Normal front desk service, not warm and thoughtful, but responsive. No slippers. The shower water flow and temperature are stable. There is a breakfast restaurant, and there is a good Irish restaurant nearby. A little far from the city, not within walking distance

On Roosevelt Island, those who know Roosevelt Island will know that this is the cleanest and safest place in New York. Don't even mention the scenery outside. Those who know will know. I have chosen this hotel for two consecutive years.

Room hygiene needs to be improved

Clean and tidy, the environment on the island is very good, and the hotel reception is full of art. You can stay here to take the cable car and run on the beach. The overall feeling is good, but there are not many places to eat on the island

The hotel is very good. The location is very convenient to Manhattan. The neighborhood feels safe. It is no problem to go out for a walk at night. There is a library downstairs with nice decoration. You can use the nearby gym and sports field.

I booked a package with breakfast, but the front desk didn't give me a coupon. However, Ctrip's customer service was very helpful. They responded immediately and communicated with me throughout the process. Finally, the problem was solved.

The location is far from everywhere, the hotel is not very clean, and no slippers or water are provided. The attitude of the service staff is extremely bad.
