The hotel is conveniently located on Broadway. Our rooms got great views. However, the services are very poor and disappointing. We were traveling with family of six to attend a wedding in New York and when we first checked in, the rooms felt dusty and not very clean. The toilet paper on the roll was almost used up and there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to contact the front desk three times to finally get it delivered. In one of the rooms, the water boiler was not working and you wonder if staff actually check the room condition before guests come.  There had been another incident that we think could be totally avoided if the hotel pays attention to the condition of the room and convenience for the guest. One of our family members’ cellphone accidentally fell through a gap between bed and wall and it’s unreachable by hand. Eventually we had to ask the front desk for help and the hotel workers had to use special tools to get the phone out and cover the gap. We paid 500 some dollars for the room per night and the hotel does not provide slippers for the guests. Little toiletries like an extra hand soap bar, tiny toothpaste and hand lotion that many other hotels provide are not available in this hotel. For room service, it’s not automatic and you have to inform the front desk each time you want your room cleaned. As for the breakfast choice, it’s just bare minimum.  The general feeling or impression is that the economy is not doing well, the hotel is cutting costs in every possible way, and customers are getting less. Overall the experience was not that good. One should definitely not have high expectations even for the high price you pay.

We were happy about everything during our stay at the hotel. Room was very clean, the staff including counter staff and cleaners were excellent, the location is perfect for travellers who are visiting the NYC, the view from the room was spectacular, and the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend it!

Good location, very convenient, good breakfast. The gym is good, laundry is easy to use. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Except the bathroom door is broken.

I was very satisfied and had a wonderful two weeks here. I especially want to commend the friendly staff: Farida, who cleans the room, Brother E (forgive my mispronunciation of his name), who works in the restaurant, and the enthusiastic front desk staff—everyone was so warm! Highly recommended for long-term travelers. The microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchenware, and kettle are all essential! The view is also beautiful, and the environment is safe.

Location/price/facilities were all great. The breakfast on the 3rd floor was also really great. It was the best thing I did during my trip to New York. I think I'll come back again just for the view.

This hotel is actually Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms are not big, but they include microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.! The floor provided by the hotel is relatively high, and you can see the Hudson River and Times Square. The location is also great, and you can walk to Times Square, the Museum of Modern Art, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. If you are willing to walk to attractions, the Met and Summit One are both good. The breakfast is also good, but I found black bugs in the bathroom.

The bedding wasn't changed at first, but they did it right away when I asked. I was assigned a high-floor room with a view of Times Square, which was wonderful. I could see Times Square and the tall buildings of New York every day. I'd love to stay in this room again.

The accommodations were relatively spacious, but they didn't clean the room from the first day. The safe was broken, so I asked them to fix it several times, but they didn't fix it. I had to keep putting it in and out of my suitcase. The room cleaning was so sloppy that it felt like a waste to tip. I stayed on the 30th floor... As is the case in Manhattan, the elevator was incredibly difficult to get on. The bathroom water looked clean with the filter, but the filter only lasts two days. It was covered in rust. The breakfast was relatively good, and the staff were friendly. The Hilton Garden Inn New York, Central Park South, and Midtown West next door are a bit cramped, but they offer excellent room cleaning and seem like good value. (The staff isn't friendly, though.)

The location is great, the breakfast is good, but I think this hotel has the worst facilities and service among all Marriott hotels. The facilities are very old, the refrigerator does not work, and the service is also very poor. I stayed for five days, and they only took out the trash one day. The bedding was terrible, looked unclean, and was not comfortable at all.

The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was okay. The location was very convenient with good access to the subway. The price was reasonable. I will use it again.

I booked a room at Marriott because the price was relatively cheap. I thought about standard service and decoration. But it turned out to be a budget hotel, with Courtyard standards. In fact, it is Courtyard, not Marriott. Because I had high expectations, I was not as satisfied as I expected. Fortunately, the location is really good.
