A very convenient hotel for transit, helpful staff and fast service during check in at 11pm despite having quite busy travellers coming at the same time. Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Really appreciate the free airport shuttle facilities, big van, spacious and very nice driver 😊

The room was decent, of a good size; the breakfast was OK. The airport pick-up service was very good. If you arrive at 1:00 in the evening, call the front desk and someone will come to the designated location to pick you up; someone will also drop you off in the morning. The airport pick-up and drop-off are free. There is no kettle!

The hotel is in a good location and has a special shuttle bus to and from the airport. The service response is fast and the attitude is good. It is very convenient to catch an early flight. But the facilities are a bit old. Only 2 bottles of 100ml water were delivered on the first day, and no water was delivered on the second day.

The hotel near the airport is average, the shuttle picks up guests at Fedetal circle which is good, two shortcomings: the room rate is expensive, more than 2000 per night next to the airport, which is unreasonable; there is no buffet breakfast, and there is nothing to order for breakfast, which is not enough to fill the gaps between your teeth!

The $40 deposit I paid when I checked in has not been refunded, even though several days have passed. This is despite the fact that I did not soil or break anything. Either they are slow at work, or it was taken without my permission, or I never received an email due to an error. If you see this, please refund me immediately. It's a shame as the room was clean.

Check-in was fast and we checked in early, but the room was a bit old

This hotel is a transitional hotel for business trips. Booking a month in advance is very expensive. If it weren't for a business trip, I would never consider it. The hotel is ok. Although it is small, the room bedding is quite clean. Breakfast is included, but it is not a buffet. You need to order it yourself. The lobby is a very small area, very similar to a domestic express hotel. The main reason for booking it at that time was that it was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle to Kennedy Airport. Overall, the price of a five-star hotel, but the facilities and services of a three-star hotel.
