Peaceful, Nice and beautiful place to stay, we love it

Room is warm and comfortable during the cold weathers, with heaters on. Breakfast is hearty and portion is just nice. View is very good! Abit difficult to find the place if you’re driving.. other than that a lovely place to stay

This premise locate on half hill and it's next to the Gold mining museum. There are enough parking space and you can access to surrounding tourist location just by walking(a bit of hiking)

This place is very neat and brand new,, Clean and very nice view of mountains. The view was excellent! We hailed a cab to get there from the airport,but the driver got lost even with GPS. Since Jiufen is located on high mountains with very narrow roads, we felt a bit car sick from 1 hour and 30 minutes of the ride at the end. We, however found out the hotel was actually located on very convenient and easy to get by next day! The outside spa was not that clean, neither even was not warm enough to get in, the weather there was very cold! The breakfast was worthy to have, because around there no place to eat unless you take a ride to get down to Old Street place. We felt a bit chilly inside of the room, it could be the cold weather at this time ( in March?) One thing very odd was the length of the bed in the master room, even for me my feet could touched the end of the bed!( i am 5’2”.) Overall not bad, liked their clean and staff were very friendly. If you got bed knees, watch out those enormous steps every other corners!

Everything was fine. Staffs are very nice. Carpark available. Enjoyed the small onsen in the hotel for a quite night dip.

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a very comfortable place! It's worth coming again, but it would be better if there is a special parking lot! In addition, the evening wine and juice time had a great atmosphere!

If you visit on a rainy day, the staff can take the initiative to take you to visit the nearby museum or art exhibits. The location is quiet but remote. It would be nice if there is a shuttle to nearby Jiufen or Shifen. One shuttle a day is enough. The breakfast is very rich, great! The staff took the initiative to take care of the elderly, great!

Relaxing accommodation, surrounded by mountains and away from the crowds, so soothing. There is also an additional romantic night event on Saturday night, where each person has the choice of two free glasses of red wine or juice, paired with romantic music to make the mood more relaxing.

Less hustle and bustle of Jiufen, more peace and relaxation, great accommodation environment.

The scenery is beautiful and the environment is excellent.

The location is very good for playing with the surrounding trails. I think the location is very good and the room is also very satisfactory. It is clean and comfortable.

The experience is not particularly good. On the one hand, the road is difficult to find, and the route given by the navigation system is wrong. It was a long journey with my children. Second, a big-headed fly was dug into the dish halfway through breakfast. From a distance, I thought it was a pickled cucumber. Vomited on the spot🤮. When communicating with the waiter, there was not even an apology! So compared to the price of the hotel, I feel that the price/performance ratio is a bit low. Not worth a special visit. But the hotel has a small hot spring pool, which the children really liked and comforted me that it was not worth choosing.
