Rooms are very very uncleaned below beds. Nuts and bolts everywhere. Overhyped and over priced property. It can be harmful for kids and for adults also.. They should be ashamed .. Image is attached. Thanks

The room and the property both were amazingly good

I experienced first-class hospitality. All the hotel staff and employees stopped to greet me even though they were busy. I'm currently staying at the Taj Palace, but the quality of customer service at the Leela is far superior. If you're undecided between the Leela Palace and the Leela, I definitely recommend booking at the Leela! Also, the welcome drink, hibiscus tea, is incredibly delicious. Please try it.

Great hotel. The service is very good and the rooms are clean. The room seemed to be available and they gave me a free upgrade. The breakfast buffet menu is also abundant, and you will be very satisfied from the morning. I used Uber to Delhi city, but there was no problem. If you drink alcohol, we recommend that you purchase it in New Delhi. After all, hotels are expensive. Overall I am very satisfied.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Delhi, India. People don't want to go out. The reality outside the hotel can easily bring people back to the reality of India. The things and details used in the hotel are well done, the furniture/tables are inlaid with shell faces, and the toiletries are also top-notch. In short, the details of this hotel are well done.
