Clean and comfortable room, thanks for upgraded us to a bigger room. The front desk staff was very helpful, she gave us all the informations about the city and the most attention places to go. The free breakfast was very good, lots of varieties. The location was fine, about 980 metres away from the  railway station, hotel was very easy to find. Highly recommended.

Very nice and cozy space i have come from India for the first time, just with a translator app i stayed for a week without inconvenience. Recommend this hotel. Very helpful staff

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to take the train to Jiujiang the next day. It's conveniently located close to Nanchang West Railway Station, just 5 to 10 min walk from the hotel. Hotel is clean and staff was helpful.

Ideally located besides Nanchang West station for anyone needs to wake up early to take a early inter province HSR ride.

Perfect hotel with all amenities needed. Comfy bed, variety of breakfast and very good hospitality of front office receptions as well as the restaurant bf staffs.

Very clean and safe… lost my wallet in the elevator and was informed before I got to the room. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices. Very close to the railway station and there are many restaurants nearby

This is a convenient hotel! It is about 15mins walk from the railway station, which is very near for Chinese standards. The rooms are not too posh, very effective with all the amenities needed.

We booked into the Holiday Inn because we had missed our connecting train and had to reschedule for the morning. The hotel was located close to the station, and was very reasonable for the price. The room was also spacious, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time. When we finally got home we realised we had forgotten an item, after calling the hotel the staff were very helpful and found it and would post it to us. Thank you.

Positive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station. Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.
