Pretty happy with this hotel. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in the B1 was amazing. Price was great and taste was great too! Service was good, just hoping all of them are consistent as some were amazing but some were so so. Prajat was the best and made sure he went above and beyond. The best thing also here was the insulation. The sound was not coming inside the room which was fantastic as new delhi traffic is terrible and it is very noisy but the room is completely sound proof!!! Great!

My recent stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico was far from satisfactory. The hotel is located in a narrow lane, making parking a major hassle. Waterlogging was also a recurring problem during my visit. The room sizes are incredibly small, with barely any space to move around. Cleanliness is a significant issue here; the lobby carpet was dirty, and the first room we were given had a filthy toilet and a malfunctioning safe. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room, but it had a musty smell due to moisture and dampness. Finally, we were shifted to a third room, which was slightly better but still very small, especially the washroom. Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money, and I would not recommend it.

Pathetic will be under statement! The bath towels are at least 10 years old and same with the bed linen and they all have turned to yellow color from white !!! The entire hotel has just two iron boxes and you have to wait to get it and then after sometime someone will come back asking for it - never knew iron box so costly and rare object ! The room is not clean at all, all dust everywhere and very old. The location is way too pathetic. Never going to stay there and please stay away !

Super

Very small hotel. Empty rooms, and most importantly there is no good ventilation. In the morning the window was all fogged up from the inside, very damp and humid.

We stayed there with our family. We were here for a family function with all our extended family and it was a delight to be here together. Made some wonderful memories The hotel staff was super courteous and extremely cooperative and professional. Would recommend. Keep up the good work

Good place to stay, staff is very cooperative. Understands custom problem well and resolve it quickly. Room service ill rate very good Food is okay. Pankaj took care of me really well. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is located on main street and is easily accessible.

Amazing stay! Polite & helpful staff, quick service! Nice location was perfect, staff very Humble. Would recommend any travellers going to Delhi to stay here for an amazing time. Very close to metro, no check out hassle lovely stay thank you !

Nice stay, nice food ,nice behaviour, great staff, no extra charges for late check out, room was decent and clean, love the breakfast,excellent service Overall, my experience at Sarovar portico was flawless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Basic room. Just enough space. The furniture present signs of time and is worn by the many guests passed over the years. It is quite clean overall, except for some marks on the pillow covers. Immediately after check-in, when entering the room we noticed a smell of sewers, possibly coming from the bathroom. It went away after a few hours of keeping the ventilation on. Also, all bathroom towels were missing and it took 2 rounds of service calls to bring us all the shower towels, face towel and bath mat towel. Breakfast is average in quality and variety. Service is okay. Only one waiter has given an exceptional service at breakfast, fulfilling all our requests quickly and above the expectations. I don't remember his name, but he is a thin mid-age *** with a beard. Thank you for your service 🙏

I am stay at sarovar portico Naraina. It was a amazing place. Staff is very helpfull. Specialy thanks to service staff Ms. Kanchan,fo staff. Mr.Ravidra, and Manager on duty Mr. Danish. Thanks alot all of you make my stay comfortable. Thankyou
