The hotel is located very close to metro station and bus station.

Very nice and pleasant stay in this hotel. Very nice ambiance in the lobby, nice welcome. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. There was everything I needed. It’s just in a minute walk from the metro station and in couple of minutes from La Defance, which is very convenient for business travelers like me. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be back!

This hotel is highly misleading and far below expectations. We arrived early and were refused the luggage storage service that was clearly promised on the booking site. The staff gave vague excuses and left us carrying heavy bags around for hours. There is no real 24-hour reception – at night, no one was available at the front desk, which raises serious safety concerns. The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, with poor lighting and dated facilities. This is not a 4-star experience, and the price is totally unjustified. I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you value comfort and honest service.

When I just arrived, they provide me a card for one room, and when I tried to enter, there was some nude person on the bed. When I complaint to reception, they told me that they made a mistake, and that they will give me another room. Furthermore, room had a strange smell when entering for the first time, and it didn't look clean, especially the curtains and under the bed. Room (as usual in Paris) is really small, but bathroom was clean and correct size. Breakfast was in the underground floor, and it has limited food options with not the best quality (definitely overpriced!!! I recommend not to take it and just buy some croissants and coffee from any nearby bakery).

The room was very clean and cozy. It was close to the metro and bus stations. The staff were really helpful, friendly and warm. Considering the price,it was excellent in general.

Location is amazing and the area is beautiful. The hotel is very clean. The only thing I didn't like is there was no verity option for breakfast, but overall, it was very good.

Small room but cozy, perfect if you’re only spending the night. Good location, near the metro station. A bit kitschy decor but that can be a pro! Mattress a bit soft but that’s a matter of taste.

We stayed one night and was easily to accessible by metro to the centre, very classy and safe area would book again.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience being in Le Bom Hôtel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they supported our necessities. The hotel is well located and easy to commute.

The hotel is close to the subway station. The room is small. The breakfast is basic. The price is reasonable.
