May we just stay the staff member in question was mortified by their mistake and hopes you will accept their apology again. We are happy to see that overall you were quite pleased with your stay, but we can also see we have some areas to improve in and we thank you for bringing these to our attention. We are usually a very cheerful and enthusiastic group around here so we do apologize for having given you a poor impression. It is a valid point that our prices are quite high during the busy season, we do stay competitive while still aiming to stay affordable for anyone to enjoy a holiday. There are plenty of activities in the area, maybe just a little hidden but any of our staff are always happy to talk about what to see and do around our lovely neighbourhood.
