Family friendly . A lot of kid’s activities. So, it will be noisy everywhere. Good food but always need to queue on weekends

This was my first time staying there. It was Christmas season and there was a huge Christmas tree at the entrance! My kids were super excited about the spacious kids' space and the buffet with all the donuts!

It was a hotel with great value for money. The food was nothing particularly outstanding, but everything was delicious. My wife also liked the all-you-can-drink alcohol during meals and in the lounge. Although we only stayed one night, it was such a great hotel that I would like to stay several nights and relax next time.

There were no towels, no bags to use when going to the bath, and no toothbrushes. The floor of the room was stained and the amenities were sparse. I wondered if the room was properly cleaned, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the futon. I will never go there again.

There were many free services and I was very satisfied. There were play areas both indoors and outdoors for children, so I enjoyed my hotel stay even though it was winter. We go to Nasu every year as a family with two adults and two children. We booked a cheap Japanese-style room on this website, but the hotel offered to upgrade to a Western-style room in advance, which we gratefully accepted. We stayed here right after the hotel reopened, so it goes without saying that it was clean, but we were also impressed with the location, interior, service, and value for money given the price.
