It was exceptional the service very clean environment and staff hospitable also the area was very accessible

The security gate opens without key, and security has to admit you. There is no signage, and your are on your own. There isn't a sidewalk on the Nassau street side. The room was tiny and faced Nassau st. The shower was cold and had no bathtub. The pool was small, dirty, but warmer than the shower. Windows wouldn't open. The fitness center is bare minimum. Breakfast was out of eggs, out of orange juice, only had almond milk. Front desk tried to charge me a $59 fee even though I had a receipt for the fee.

In a word, I had a comfortable time. The reception was very kind to try make arrangement about my request. There is no complain for my room except window(It was not cleaned enough). I was surprised that there is a microwave oven in yhe room. In addition, I think this hotel has many other strong points (for example, the location near beach, complimentary breakfast and so on)

Hotel charge 40.00 per person per night extra then what I pre paid plus I called hotel due to emergency and told desk lady about that and she said ok up on check in manager said she has to talk to above her and next day she said we can’t do anything since it was pre paid. Also room has dent on the wall and bed frame is broken front door lock has plate missing

The hotel was easy to check in and walking distance to so many spots.

The Holiday Inn Express is perfect for people who want a clean and comfortable accommodation without staying at an "all-inclusive" resort. The Bahamian culture and the Nassau area are so beautiful, and it would be a shame to lock yourself into a sealed resort where you don't really interact with locals. Service here was fantastic -- my air conditioner was misbehaving a bit on the first day, and I asked someone to come take a look, and instead they upgraded me to a larger room to make sure they had time to look at the a/c and that I didn't spend a moment being uncomfortable, which was above and beyond my expectations. They have a really tasty hot breakfast, and their snack selection, available 24 hours a day to be picked up at reception and billed to your room, is broad and includes even full microwave meals (for when you're hungry at 3am on an island with very to no overnight food places available). The prices are very, very reasonable, as well -- after snacking pretty consistently throughout my seven-day stay, I expected my snack and beer bill to get a little crazy, but it turned out to be about $20 after I ate and drank well over $20 worth of stuff. It's easy to walk to downtown and shop, book tours, etc. from here, and the beach is right across the street. The Fish Fry at Arawak Cay is a 5-10 minute walk away as well. Most of what I wanted to see and do was an easy commute on foot, and cabs to and from the hotel were reasonably priced, when I was way too tired. Plus, the #10 city bus runs right past it. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers who are pretty independent in a new location, but also like comfort and great service. It was the perfect balance for me.

Rst room sink was not draining

Arrived very late, the hotel front desk service was very friendly and provided midnight snacks. Breakfast started at 7:00 in the morning. We stayed in a suite, which was very large. There were two large Queen standard rooms, which could accommodate up to 4 people.

The hotel gave me the wrong room and refused to change it. I still refused to change it even when I showed it to the reservation. The attitude was cold. Later I contacted Ctrip customer service. Ctrip contacted the hotel at 5 am in China to help me solve the problem. After I got the room I deserved, the attitude of the front desk was even colder and very *. After traveling in the Bahamas for a few days, I basically have the same impression of this country, no credit, no sense of service. I have stayed in Holiday Inns in many countries, and this is the worst. Maybe the Bahamas is too beautiful, so they don't care at all.

The hotel is in a prime location. The breakfast is quite exquisite. The front desk is very capable.

The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the service staff is high-quality and responsive. Convenient to the beach.

Ok hotel for short stays, well located. very friendly service. It's just the breakfast that doesn't make up for it. We arrived early and had almost nothing to choose from.

At this price, in a place like Nassau, it will be enough
