We enjoyed the stay. It was a little harder to move around with our luggage and get to the room as we had quite a lot but we managed. They don’t help with that part.  Staff seemed friendly and it was a lot nicer than expected for the low price we paid. Nice stay and we would recommend for anyone needing a night to stay close to the Narita airport

This is our second time staying at the ART Hotel. Our last two days resting up before our flight back home. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport as well as into Narita town for shopping or the train station. We shall use this place again on our next trip to Japan. Thank you.
