Location is unbeatable. Room is clean and spacious. The front desk helped me with auto check in progress.  I would love to recommend this hotel. And I’ll surely use their chain locations in the future.

My daughter's family lives in Tsudanuma, so I stay at Hotel Mets 3-4 times a year. It is run by JR East, so it is directly connected to the station, which is very convenient. We also have breakfast at a family restaurant in the same building, which is also convenient. However, the prices have been getting very expensive recently, so this time I stayed here at a cheaper price using Trip.com. If the prices continue to be this expensive, I would like to use Trip.com again.

The hotel is located on the station platform, the location is very convenient, there are large supermarkets and 24-hour McDonald's nearby, easy to get in and out, no need to worry about safety issues

A very nice, quiet hotel. The staff were very polite and kind. I only stayed for two days, but I wish I could have stayed longer. I'll definitely use this hotel again when I come to Tsudanuma. Thank you very much.

It was clean, and the bathtub was very pleasant to soak in. The room was spacious enough and there was an ironing board, a large desk and a TV so I could relax. There was also an air purifier. The hanger rack next to the door takes up very little space, but there was also a place to hang coats in the room so it wasn't a problem. Check-in and check-out were smooth via machine.

The automated reception system was a little hard to understand, but I was grateful that the staff were able to help me right away.

I stayed here when my child was taking his university entrance exam. It was close to the station, the room was very stylish, and all the amenities were there. I had a comfortable stay.

It was directly connected to the station, so it was easy to find, and there were convenience stores and Starbucks nearby, and a Matsumotokiyoshi on the first floor, so the location was great. The room was clean and the bathtub was large, which was nice. Check-in is self-service, but if you get confused, they'll guide you online! The staff were also polite, and I'd like to use this hotel again! I only stayed one night, but they were very helpful.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff and cleaning staff were excellent. I will stay here again. Thank you very much.
