A bit disappointing stay, place is a bit run down. But was ok area of jontiem. Some staff ok. Some not so Wouldn’t stay here again, as lots of other hotels for similar money and more amenities

Our room was on 4 floor and there is no lift and the room has lots of spiders

The villas are very nice, in a convenient location. Wifi was not the best, worked fast at times, and went slow at times. Was difficult to work. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable and very low to the ground.

It's old,smells musty and very dirty.

Well located on the beach road. It also felt secluded because the villas go far into the location. You pay for what you get and this was good value for money. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly.

I booked this hotel on purpose, thinking it would be more cost-effective than Pattaya Beach, which is a little more remote. I didn't expect it to be so bad. They charged me 200 yuan a night for such a hotel? 80 yuan is too expensive for me. 1. There are so many mosquitoes in the hotel 2. There is no remote control for the air conditioner 3. The floor drain in the toilet is basically blocked 4. The sleeping area is very far from the front desk 5. The hotel has a musty smell and the sheets are also dirty 6. I booked for two nights and found it too bad and they didn't allow me to refund the next day.

The location of Jomtien Beach is very convenient, but the room arrangement is very bad. We are a group of 4 people and 4 rooms are divided into two rooms on the second floor, one on the third floor, and one on the fourth floor. The appearance of the floors is very old, and the four rooms are already in good condition. Old, the mattresses and mattresses are very old, and other facilities are also very old!

They upgraded my room to a deluxe room with a balcony for free. But the balcony is glazed, so it is not functional, it is impossible to be on it, like in an oven. The furniture is old, the bed is hard, the pillows are not very comfortable. But the location and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. There are palm trees and flowering trees all around, squirrels are jumping on the wires. The hotel does not bother with cleaning the rooms at all. Cleaning must be ordered before 11 am. But ... I asked once, asked twice, the cleaning did not come. In 14 days, the maid visited my room a maximum of 3 times. Sand was everywhere. There are no beach towels. They constantly forget to put water. Previously, there was a microwave in the hallway, now they have removed them. The pool has been upgraded, a slide and a watering can for children appeared.

It's close to Jomtien Beach, so it's good for light travelers.

Great hotel! Convenient location, everything nearby! The staff is responsive! For 150 baht you can get breakfast! The pool is small, but it is enough! There was no one else there! There is a small slide for children in the pool! My 10-year-old child liked it!
