he claim that the hotel is a historic palace may have significantly influenced its rating. As for me, I will not return to it again.

We loved our stay, the staff were lovely and the view from the bar upstairs is gorgeous . The area is very nice and it’s walkable to different cafes and restaurants in the Chiaia area. Marco the concierge was a great help and recommended a lovely restaurant and bar toe eat. We would definitely come back to Grand Parker’s hotel

The scenery is super beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the rooftop restaurant is very nice! The staff is very enthusiastic and can communicate in English. They can also help with parking. I will choose here next time!

The view from the top floor breakfast restaurant is great, and of course, the food is great too. It's semi-buffet style, with a breakfast basket of bread, yogurt, fruit, and hot food and eggs can be ordered. The hotel is halfway up the mountain and very quiet at night.

Facilities are average, too noisy by the road

The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in). The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault. Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes. The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance. Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok.

For our third stay in this beautiful luxury establishment, we are absolutely delighted. The hotel has undergone a very successful renovation, while retaining its soul. A big thank you to Marco, Mr. “golden keys”, and the entire reception team. Already looking forward to going back.
