Location and hotel was good But 10 euros for room service and everytime to call for amenities like tooth brush and shaving kit. No cutlery in rooms

Very close to central station. Good base for exploring other parts of Naples. Surroundings around hotel very dirty. Only stay if you plan on day trips elsewhere. We visited Pompaei and Capri, two easy day trips from hotel.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. I needed to book a nail appointment and both members of the front desk did their best to accommodate my needs. Excellent stay, please do not hesitate and book your stay here.

Do you want a friend who is a racist or a liar? Don't book this hotel if you don't want to. They gave us a corner room that doesn't exist anywhere in the hotel photos. When I asked for another room, they refused. It was a horrible room where you had to step down to get out of bed and it was not the room I booked. There was only one towel and one toothbrush cup for one person. I complained to Trip.com about the booking. The hotel told Trip.com that there were towels in the closet. They told a perfect lie. There were clothes hangers and laundry bags in the closet. . What hotel in the world leaves one set of towels in the bathroom and one set in the closet? I am angry at your lies, this is a hotel without the slightest conscience. We saw another room with the door open in the morning. That room was the room in the picture I booked. Upload a picture of our room. Does this look like 20 square meters? Never stay at this hotel. .Everything is outdated and the prices are outrageous.

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my whole stay at this hotel. Room was clean and location was excellent (just next to Centrale train station). Strongly recommend to all travelers planning to come Napoli!!!
