Third time staying here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Location fantastic, right in the centre of a busy vibrant piazza Dante. Such good communication between staff and visitors. Gorgeous apartment with floor to ceiling windows. Easy check in/out. Can’t wait for my next stay thank you x

Perfect location! Literally one minute to the metro! One minute to the square! Five minutes to food street! Amazingly comfortable pillows - we slept like a baby! Staff were super nice and polite. They allowed us to check in early from our morning flight. Spacious room + nice setup with balcony. Excellent shower.

The communication between the host and us was great. Full information about the entry into the building was given to us fully in advance as well as a taxi option from the airport directly to the B&B. The staff was cery friendly. Room was always clean and very spacious. Location is extremely central yet the room was isolated really well, which made for quiet nights always. We would absolutely come again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is located in the old building although very close to all the main points in Naples. We only stayed for a couple of nights as we needed to travel back to the UK. This place is more like bed and breakfast rather than a full fledge hotel, so if you expect a reception and bell desk service, then this place is not for you. Guido, the host, was very helpful throughout our stay. We did not opt for breakfast as there were plenty of cafes around the building within a short walk. My only recommendation to the owner of b&b is to invest in soundproofing as the walls are too thin! If you are planning to stay in the room only during nights, then this place could work for you.

The building was old and run down and the elevator was very dangerous. The photos are extremely misleading. The breakfast that was included did not exist as there was no one at the desk. It is an extreme challenge to even enter the place. Not worth the price.

There was no one at the desk for the entirety of the stay. When we had difficulty accessing the building and reached out, there was no response. We never received a response. The bathroom was run down and there was very little toilet paper. Although our trip to Italy was great, this was the most unfavorable stay.

We just needed a one night stay before returning home from the Naples airport. We could not get in and there was no communication, even a day later they didn’t respond. The building is very run down, there were blood stains on the curtains and bathroom walls and mold. They set up a taxi service for us and we said 3 people and a lot of luggage. The taxi service that showed up was not a regularly marked taxi, close to the size of a smart car, and the windshield was cracked. They overcharged us more than the agreed amount as well. We did not see a single person at the front desk for the entirety of our stay. Awful.

A wonderful find, much more like a hotel than a B&B. Brilliantly located just off the Piazza Dante and only 1 minute walk from Dante Metro station, this is a great location to base yourself in Naples. Easy to walk or get the Metro (1.30 euros to all urban stations) to all the main sites. Dante is also on the line that goes to the main train station, where you can get a train direct to Pompeii, highly recommended. The accommodation itself is in a fantastic old building, which you have to access via huge doors that are only open part of the time, at other times you have to open the small access door that is set in the bigger ones. Once in, the building looks old and a little intimidating at first, but the accommodation and host (Guido) are brilliant. You feel like you are having a truly authentic experience. It has the advantage (albeit very industrial looking) of having a lift too, very useful if you have a lot of luggage. The images of the property/rooms in the photos are accurate. Breakfast is served in a small patisserie just around the corner (in Piazza Dante) and consists of a freshly made pastry of your choice, fresh juice and tea or coffee, a great start to the day. The rooms and service are better than most hotels, so the title of B&B is a little misleading. Book with confidence.

We had the most comfortable stay at Dante! The bedroom was so cozy, the bed was super comfortable, staff was so friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious, & it was easy to get in & out of the building. Location of the hotel is really good - close to the Metro & downtown Naples. Everything is walking distance. Overall the vibe was amazing & we highly recommend staying here!! 😊😊

Excellent location, communication, comfort. So close to anything you want to do. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The bathroom is a good size with a delightful rain shower that you don’t want to leave. They even had some waters and sodas in the fridge available for purchase. The balcony is not usable as the exterior of the building is under construction. I was worried about the street noise as our room faced Via Toledo, but the metal exterior shutters and the interior wood doors off the balcony took care of my concerns completely. Be sure to visit the book sellers across the way and along the left hand street facing Piazza Dante! Thank you for having us!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in late September 2023. My experience at this hotel was good. My room was very clean and smelled good. I had a corner unit with 2 balconies overlooking the Dante Plaza. My room was a decent size with a very large bathroom. Some amenities included were a safety deposit box, refrigerator, blow dryer and free wi-fi with very good reception. There was even a desk and chair in the room which was useful for me. The hotel staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is in a great and convenient location in the old town right by the Dante metro station. I was able to walk to many tourist sites and used the metro to visit places along the waterfront. I took the metro from Naples central station to get to the hotel. The hotel is also near Via Tribunale where many historic churches and restaurants are located. Although the interior of the hotel was very clean and modern, the exterior of the building is old and run down. The appearance of the outside of the building, which is in a courtyard type of setup, was scary initially, but once I entered the hotel, it was clean and appealing. Overall, I had a good experience at Danet Maison de Prestige and would stay there again. I recommend this hotel.

Brilliant stay here at Dante Maison de Charme, the location is perfect, we could not of asked for a better location. Super market, pharmacy and shops right next door. Beside plenty of wonderful food places, a few minutes walk from piazza Bellini, beside the Greek ruins and lots of pubs and lovely little street markets. Staff extremely helpful. Keeping rooms clean and making sure we were looked after. Beds very comfy. If we were to come to Napoli again, we would stay here. Thank you

Dante Maison de Charme is in an excellent location, very near to Piazza Dante, the old town and Via Toledo. The room was clean, modern, spacious and had a wonderful walk in shower with plenty of toiletries. There was a fridge, coffee making facilities and an in-room safe. Guido and Bruno, our hosts, were friendly, very helpful and communication with us was excellent at all times. There was an excellent coffee shop just around the corner for breakfast and we took advantage of the provision of a private car to take us to the airport on our departure.

In April 2020 I paid £426 to visit this B&B with my husband. We were unable to travel because of Covid. This year we were able to travel. However the owners told us they are unable to honour our request. Perhaps they could tell us how they spent Our £426.

This hotel is a little gem in a great position for shopping and sightseeing. Room was very spacious with lovely high ceilings. Bathroom had a fabulous walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Host was very helpful. Will definitely come back again
