I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

The hotel I stayed in this time really gave me a big surprise. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the elegant and grand atmosphere. The front desk staff Xiao Liang was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in procedure was very quick. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The bedding was comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel's breakfast was also rich, varied, and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with convenient transportation and travel. In short, this stay experience was great, and I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

I booked this hotel for my friend. My friend came here to attend a wedding and stayed for one night. Parking is convenient here. There is a night market in the business district and three streets and two alleys nearby. I have booked this hotel many times and it was very good. The room was large and clean, simple but stylish, with good lighting. Hot water was available 24 hours a day in the room. Xiaoxue, the assistant manager of the lobby, upgraded the room type for free and arranged the room for us. They were also very satisfied with their stay. I must give a good review! The hotel is in a good location, close to Nanhu Park and the subway, convenient for travel, clean rooms, good service, and the facilities seem to be relatively new. The only drawback is that there is no rack for luggage, which is a little inconvenient to pack luggage. Hope it can be improved.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the familiar atmosphere of an old five-star hotel hit me. The perfect luxury and elegance made me relax instantly. When I checked in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and arranged a room on the 44th floor for me. During the entire stay, the service in the executive lounge impressed me the most. Yumei, like the warm sun in spring, has a bright smile, a lively and lovely personality, and can always keenly capture the needs of guests, making people feel warm. There are also Shizhi and Bindian, who are also enthusiastic and considerate. Their busy figures in the lounge have become a beautiful landscape here. They use professional and thoughtful services to make every guest feel at home. In contrast, the service in the fitness center on the 5th floor is so-so. When I met a male and female waiter, they all had cold faces. In short, the executive room is recommended, which is very cost-effective.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

The room is very nice👍🏻The space is large, the layout is good, and the facilities are complete. The bed in the double room is not too small, and the bedside tables are very reasonable on both sides, so they won't disturb your friends! The soundproofing of the room is very good, and even though the subway is being built downstairs, there is almost no sound! The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is right at the subway entrance and next to Langxi Night Market ~ You can also see the sunset from the room you stay in🌇

My friends and I stayed at the K International hotel for one night while transitioning to Beihai. The check-in process was really long and frustrating due to the many checks that weren't informed to us before arriving. But Amy (the night supervisor) was extremely helpful. She upgraded our room to the 17th floor, gave us a discount for lounge drinks, and tried to book the shuttle for us to the train station. When we finally arrived at our rooms, we were impressed. The rooms were really lovely (with comfy pillows), and the beautiful bathtub I used was very relaxing. The breakfast had different options and was delicious but could have had more western-style foods. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the K International and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nanning.

Service: Two mothers with two kids booked a twin room. When checking in at the front desk, I asked if they could help me put the beds together? Is breakfast included for a two-night stay? The lady at the front desk answered all my questions, but her attitude always made me feel uncomfortable. After arriving in the room, the hotel took the initiative to send toothbrushes, disposable slippers and bathrobes for the two kids. Facilities: The phone in the room was broken, and I couldn't get through when I wanted to call the room service Hygiene: The bedding was clean, but there was impurities in the kettle, so I didn't dare to use it
