I had an amazing stay at the Atour. The cleanliness was impeccable - everything from the lobby to the rooms felt fresh and spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The location was also perfect - close to everything I wanted to see and do, with great dining and shopping options just a short walk away. The subway was a 5 minute walk to Line 1. Breakfast was standard fare Chinese hotel breakfast buffet but the check in staff did give us a discounted rate because we were staying for 4 nights. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

The room was large, with a small refrigerator, disposable coffee cups, and mouthwash. There were four bottles of water on the first day, probably because we had children with us, and six bottles of water on the second day. They also offered water when we checked out.

I called the front desk, and the front desk asked me to wait again. After waiting for a long time, no one came. I called again and urged for a long time before a dawdling person came up, brought a fruit, and said sorry, can I get rid of this for you? (He meant to flush the things in the bathroom) I disagreed and asked to change the room again. The room card was not brought, and it was very unprofessional to run again and again, and let me wait. A room of 460 yuan, a chain hotel, handled things like this. Is this really reasonable? The first time I encountered it, I was speechless about this kind of handling 😒 I waited until midnight to sleep, and I had to get up early in the morning, so I didn’t say anything, but your way of handling the problem is totally unacceptable.
