Good location close to everywhere. Little bit disturbing like in any big hostels, people are coming and going out every hour. This time cleanness was in the average level.

Amazing hostel with amazing staff. Very kind and will go above and beyond to make a stay extra special. First time staying in a hostel and will be returning. Facilities are great! And free dinner every night. Honestly cant fault it at all... however I did find it difficult to find as the sign is very small and seems to be in an apartment block.

First hostel experience and it makes me want to do more! Great place with great people. Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the other guests were pleasant company. Id recommend the activity wristbands for tours, activities and nights out - worth every cent. The only negatives were the communal showers, not exactly pretty or spacious but functional!

I left with zero expectations and was surprised by the welcome and activities offered by this place, including dinners, visits and free trips. Definitely a great environment to make new friends and experiences, all at a very low price

I'm not really a fan of hostels but I had to change my mind, a well-kept and organized structure run by fantastic guys who conveyed a great sense of community! In this sense, themed dinners are organized every evening, with the participation of all guests, and those who enjoy the evening can continue outside in the various nightlife venues. For those traveling alone it is an excellent opportunity to make friends and have fun effortlessly!

What you can expect from a good youth hostel. 24/7 welcome, clean with lots of amenities, kitchen, terrace, atmosphere... I was just passing through so I wasn't able to participate in the life of the hostel which seemed very friendly.

Only spent two nights in this hostel and a friend of mine and I ended up with more than a hundred bites caused by bed bugs, discovering that the beds were also full of them. The financial manager and the owner didn't even want to compensate for the physical damage done (now I'm on three different types of medicines to heal) and after a day spent arguing with them we managed to get at least a refund for the stay and we ran away. Worst experience of my life and very rude towards us, also due to the fact that they were aware of the infestation of these insects and still decided to put people in that room

Je suis vraiment très déçu du service. Le réceptionniste à l’accueil était très désagréable et impoli. Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel extrêmement fatigué après un vol très long, et en vérifiant ma réservation, j’ai découvert que j’avais fait une erreur de date : j’avais réservé pour le week-end prochain au lieu de ce week-end. C’était la première fois que cela m’arrivait, et j’étais un peu perdu. Lorsque j’ai expliqué la situation, l’homme à l’accueil m’a simplement répondu que je pouvais toujours chercher un endroit ouvert 24h/24. Je lui ai alors demandé si je pouvais rester quelques instants dans le hall pour faire une recherche, et il m’a répondu sèchement : « Quelques instants, pas des heures ! » Quelle impolitesse ! Zéro humanité, zéro respect ! À chaque fois que je visite Barcelone, je séjourne au 360 Hostel, car je suis un client fidèle. Mais cette fois, c’est sûr : cet établissement est sur ma liste noire.
