All good. Old school hotel. Very welcoming. Great reception staff. Helpful. Simple rooms.

In2024,we stayed the hotel. From perspective of us, the hotel is vey good. We have some reasons.The staffs are kindness and room’s atmosphere is very good!!

Very personalised hotel stay we had. The manager messaged before our stay to ask for arrival time and if we need any help in organising any tours. As we arrived way before check in time that was supposed to be at 2pm, the generous offer to let us check in at 1030am. Friendly staffs as well. We will sure stay at Hotel Executive whenever we are in Florence. Thank you.

The service is elegant and local. There are refreshments in the lobby for guests to rest. The restaurant recommendations are also very enthusiastic. Not only steaks, but also various dishes and personal recommended menus are enthusiastically recommended to us.

The room is average, the location is convenient for travel, the breakfast is good and the bread is delicious, the price/performance ratio is ok!

The location is relatively convenient. It is in the city center and within walking distance of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It is quiet but not remote. You don't have to worry about dragging your luggage on the cobblestone roads in the old town. It is close to the Florence Church of All Saints (where Botticelli's tomb is located). The hotel service is very personalized and humane, and the staff is very good. Traveling alone is the most important factor for safety, so I chose this small, classical and exquisite hotel with comprehensive services and stayed for a total of 5 nights. Because the hotel is small, the service is more personalized, and we try our best to take care of the needs. We will send emails in advance to ask customers for special needs in order to provide better service. The body lotion is easy to use, and dry skin said that the moisturizing effect is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Florence.

They are all old hotels, and the overall hardware facilities are definitely inferior, but the staff are all nice, and the room card was given directly when checking in early. It is close to the train station and the pick-up point. It is a good hotel

Very beautiful and elegant structure, very good location a few steps from the room and the historic center, very kind and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it. Good value for money via the Trip app.

Great location, easy to find. It’s very beautiful inside, both the hall and the room. Amazing breakfasts, cheeses, sausages, bacon, everything is perfect. I definitely recommend it. We visited in January, the room was warm.
